送迎を頼む重いキャリーケースでも難なく向かうことができた。エレベーターもありました。部屋も設備も清潔で使いやすかった。 バスルームの扉が半透明なのでトイレを利用する際に気を遣ったが、親しい間柄の人同士なら気にならないかもしれないです。 利用した部屋はマッターホルンビューではない部屋だったが、夜は街の明かりと星空がとても美しかったです。 バルコニーは屋根付きでしたが、スズメのフンが落ちてたので洗濯したものを干す際は注意だと思いました。 ただそれ以上に全体が綺麗なのと朝食がとても美味しかったので総合的には大満足です。

マッターホルンが見える部屋を予約しました。朝焼けマッターホルンも見ることができ、大満足です！お部屋もきれいで朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Absolutely stunning views! We could see Manhattan clearly from our room every single day. On one morning, the sunrise painted the top of the skyscrapers in a way that made them look like glowing candles—it was magical. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of hot dishes and fresh fruits. The staff were all friendly, and the shuttle service to the station was very smooth and reliable. Highly recommended!

素晴らしいホテルでした。スイスらしさが満喫できると思います。リノベーションされたと思います。部屋も洗面所も全てが綺麗でした。

部屋からマッターホルンは見えませんが、おしゃれでセンスのいいインテリアで派手さはありませんが質のいい物で揃えてありました。 夜のお食事がホテルのレストランで出来なかったのが、残念でした。それぐらい少しでも長い時間を過ごしたくなるような、素敵なホテルです。是非また違う季節に訪れたいと思います。

５月２９日から三泊した。シーズンオフのせいか、宿泊客も少なく、シングルルームを予約していたが、ツインにアップグレードしてくれた。角部屋だったので、開放感と清潔感にあふれ快適だった。

We booked into a sister property & got no notice that we were moved to this one. It was fine, but we would have liked a heads up. Also, I received an email confirming that I would have a bathtub (medical reason). We were were put in a room without one & had to move. There were only 6 rooms occupied in the hotel when we were there in April, so the breakfast was very scarce compared to what they described as their usual spread. This is a small family owned property. It is well maintained & the staff were friendly & helpful. They will pick you up at the train station if you make arrangements with them in advance.

Very nice and clean place. Staff is excellent.

This was a charming hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The suite with two rooms and two bathrooms was really nice giving us room to spread out.

What a wonderful, cozy stay! We stayed 2 nights in the Matterhorn Suite. The views of the Matterhorn from the rooms are breathtaking! The hospitality was remarkable, most notably from Michael! Breakfast was superb and included in the price of our stay. It’s our second time to Zermatt and when we return, we will book again with Hotel Chesa Valese!

The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff is wonderful! Comfortable and clean!

Everything was clean, looks newn well maintained rooms/ amenities!! Food was high quality but you should go at the breakfast because i don't think they refilled food after specific time or depending on how many guests are there..?

Fantastic location with a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony and conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Very nice room and breakfast with friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended.
