チェックアウトの時にチョコレートをくれました！ホテルも清潔で、朝食も素晴らしかったです！

アネックスの半地下のような部屋で窓はありましたがビューはありません。 電気ケトルの備品はないですが、言えば貸してくれました。 十分な朝食で、コーヒーは個別に持ってきてくれます。ミルクも温めてくれます。他の人はカプチーノを頼んでいたのそれも作ってくれるようでした。マッターホーンの朝焼けを見る場所に位置したホテルでした。スタッフも皆親切でした。

予約時には地下室とは記載されてなかったが、実際は地下室で 薄暗かった。

部屋は清潔で、立地も良かった。でも半地下室のような部屋で部屋からの眺めは全くなかった。

朝食のスタートが７時半で、氷河鉄道に間に合わなかったのが残念です。また１Fの離れに泊まりましたが、陽があまり入らない角部屋でした。ただ値段も高くは無いので文句はありません。

本館にグレードアップしてくれました．部屋に湯を沸かすケトルはありませんでしたが，フロントに行けば使わせてもらえました．冷蔵庫やセーフティボックスはありませんでしたが，部屋は清潔で毎日掃除してくれていました．サウナの設備が新しく清潔でとても快適だったので毎日利用しました．ホテルの立地もよく，近くにレンタルスキーショップや，レストランもあり，またバス停も目の前でした．

Clean room

Delighted to be given a free upgrade from the Annex to the main hotel, and to a room with a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony, an unexpected treat. The room was very clean and well-furnished, with water, tea bags, coffee sachets, towels and soap/shower gel. The person at reception was really helpful and pleasant, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb, so many options for a tasty continental-style meal, including hot scrambled eggs as well as a truly huge array of pastries, bread, cereals, fruit, meat, cheese and hot/cold drinks. We were spoilt for choice. The hotel is centrally based in the town and convenient for the railway station. We could only stay one night, but really hope to go back one day.

ausreichchendes Früstückmenue, alles frisch und ausreichend vorhanden. Für den Wellnessbereich war zu wenig Zeit zur Verfügung. Vielleicht das nächste Mal.

We stayed one day and extended for another day. It is about 8 min from the train station, an easy walk on basically all flat roads. The room is equipped with good quality furnishings. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Center of town, across from the bus stops for skiing, helpful staff, free breakfast, clean rooms, sauna! I would recommend to anyone!

La chambre était très froide, y'avait pas de frigo !, pas produits salle de bain comme les autres hotels, les prises ne s'adaptent pas avec mon séchoir sauf une prise à côté de la table, la dame de la réception que j'ai eu le contact avec elle l'après midi était sympa ,le petit déjeuner top sauf je pouvais pas en profiter j'étais stressée j'avais mon voyage le matin avec glacier express

Courteous staff at the ready to assist when needed. Clean, updated room. Breakfast provided a varied selection of sweet and savory items each day. Great location for easy access to all Zermatt has to offer.

Great room, clean, easy access for skiing and town; this is in a small building outside of the main hotel so have to walk through the cold to get to main hotel to get to the breakfast or spa or reception.

Annexe Antika is what we booked but when we arrived we were told it was inferior to other rooms in the main hotel. We were offered a room with balcony and a magnificent view for a surcharge. We would have liked to be informed when we were booking that the Annexe is not great to stay and that the preferred place was in the main hotel. Where we did stay was top notch accommodation. 10/10 However, our rating reflects the original booking place which is seperate from the main hotel and is low to the ground and has no outlook at all. The room was fine but we didn’t know the room we booked was actually a tiny compound separated from the main hotel by looking at the online photos. The room we had was without any privacy as there is only the ground floor (and basement) and everyone walking by the road could see us. We didn’t feel safe as well.

Absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful room at a very reasonable price. Amazing breakfast and views of The Matterhorn. Great location for dining and market. Highly recommend!

Just stayed for one night. It was perfect. Cheaper than Interlaken. Stay comes with awesome breakfast. Perfect to kickstart the day. We can leave our luggage in reception near by tv after check out. Dont miss the Scrambled eggs and coffee in breakfast.
