The condo was truly beautiful. It is a great 2 bedroom apartment.

The place was comfortable with plenty of space and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was located near a shopping site. The one issue for us was that no one came to shovel the driveway for the place so I had to do it myself since the snow plow had blocked us in. Now there was a shovel to use but it was not the greatest one to use and I felt at times that it was going to crack with the wet snow. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time that no clearing service would be provided. Thankfully I was fit enough to clear enough for us to get out.

When we booked there was no indication that I recall that this was a basement suite. Access stairs were steep and no window in bedroom makes me question whether this is a legal suite. No temperature control in suite - we froze for days. The bedding for the hide a bed was dirty and threadbare. This was promptly remedied by Boardwalk the next morning, but because of this our daughter’s first night was poor. Toilet plugged part way through and when I called about that they didn’t seem to be interested in finding a solution because “it’s Saturday”. Working toilets are pretty important even on weekends. We will not be returning.

What a great way to spend a few days in waterloo close to a tims and food basics .. l9ved being in a house vrs a hotel room for yhe same price .. very convenient

Nice little appt., a good space, had everything we needed, easy to get a hold of them for any problems, downsides the single bed was too firm and the kids running around upstairs. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

sofabed condition was bad in my suite.air condition is good for summer time.keycode should be notied on tome when it was changed before check in because it is no front counter service hotel.

Overall very good. Great location close to everything. Sheet and comforter on king bed could be cleaner.

Some confusion upon check-in since we had listed two email addresses and the automated check-in system was unable to process this so we didn't receive any check-in info. We called the number provided and the staff were very helpful. Comfortable beds and well furnished. The location is a quiet housing development.

Beautiful new accommodation until we got to the bedroom. Bad carpet stain at entrance to bedroom and carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed (shag rug had very pushed-down pile and did not look fresh). But when we pulled back the bedspread we were shocked to see a paper thin white sheet that we could see through direct to the mattress foam! Any sweat/bodily fluids from previous guests would have gone through that sheet like a sieve and would be in the mattress. The sheet was so thin it would be like lying on the mattress! At 10:30 PM we were setting out to find a 24 hr Walmart to buy a set of sheets but to our relief we found an extra thicker sheet (for the sofa bed) in a closet which we used for our bed. While lying in bed it was notable that the curtain was very dirty. Unless these owners buy a nice quality mattress cover, and upgrade the paper thin sheets a little we won't be staying again, however, if they looked after the bed issues, cleaned the carpet and curtains, I would definitely stay again because it is a beautiful new 1 bedroom apartment. The owners know how to make it look beautiful, it just seems like they are not knowledgable about these important areas of cleanliness. Besides the bedroom, the place is very clean.
