It's close to the station and the Japanese Bridge, and you can see the Matterhorn from your room.

立地はゴルナーグラード鉄道の駅から徒歩5分、スネガエクスプレスの駅から徒歩30秒と理想的な場所であり観光には最適。ウェルカムギフトとして水とリンゴをくれる。チェックアウト時にもホテルの外観がパッケージに印刷されている板チョコ一枚を貰える。 部屋自体も非常に綺麗で、スタッフの対応も素晴らしい。次も是非泊まりたいホテルである。

バスタブもついていて、3日間滞在しましたが快適に過ごせました。湯沸しポットも借りることが出来ました。部屋にコップがなかったのが不便でしたが、お願いしたらこれも借りれたかも知れません。 駅からは少し歩きますが、ものすごく遠いという訳でもないです。ホテルを出るとすぐにマッターホルンが見える橋がありますし、スネガ・エクスプレスの渓谷駅から本当にすぐで便利でした。 朝食は野菜が少なかったですが、普通だと思われます。7時半開始でしたので、朝早くから出かける方は食べられない可能性が高いです。 部屋もバスルームもきれいでしたし、スタッフの方も親切でした。また機会があればとまりたいと思います。

Room was excellent mountain view.but unfortunately breakfast was not good taste

２泊しましたが、眺めが最高でスタッフも天気の事など快くいろいろ教えてくださり大変満足のいくステイでした。 スタッフは、さすが山の事をよく知ってるだけあって「今は晴れているけど午後からはストームだよ」「曇って見えるけど、マッターホルンのほうは晴れているから今から出た方がいいよ」と、現地の方でしか分からないであろう天気の情報を教えてくださいました。結果、ハイキングもしたことない山ド素人な夫婦ですが、２日ともマッターホルンを望むことができ、大変満足するステイになりました。 朝食サービスも、種類は少ないけれど質が高く、コーヒーもテーブルごとに用意してもらえますし、一人ずつ用意してくれる半熟ゆで卵もおいしかったです。 We stayed there for 2 nights and it became the best stay for us in Switzerland. Especially the practical weather information we heard from the staff was very helpful, since we were not familiar with changeable weather at the mountains. The breakfast was simple, but very high quality with nice soft boiled eggs and coffee which were served for each table by friendly staff. Needless to say, the view from the balcony was fabulous. You can enjoy the Matterhorn (**if it's sunny) with the sound of river which is just in front the hotel.

マッターホルンビューの部屋に宿泊。バルコニーから堂々と見上げる事ができ、朝日と夕日に染まる様をホテルに居ながら眺められるのは素晴らしい。朝食はパン、チーズ、ハム、その他シリアル、ヨーグルト。7:30〜の時間前に出発するならサンドウィッチ等を包んでくれる。スネガ行きケーブルカーが側で鉄道駅も徒歩8分程。スタッフも明るく、大変過ごしやすい。洗面まわりのアメニティはほぼ無いので、持参が必要。変換プラグを忘れたのですが、薄型テレビ側面にUSBソケットがあったので良かったです。全体的に大満足です。

レセプションの対応が素晴らしい。 部屋は必要十分。バスタブも清潔。 レストランは朝だけなのが残念。

立件地がよく、何も不満がありません。ｽﾈｶﾞｰ行きの駅は、前の前です。小さなバルコニーからはマッターホルンが見渡せます。電気ポットをお願いしたら、滞在中ずっと貸してくれました。また利用したいです。

従業員がフレンドリー。バイキングの朝食のメニューが少しずつでも変わっていたのが良かった。バルコニー付きマッターホルンの見える部屋にしてくれたが、大きな木が邪魔で全景は見られない。あの木は切る訳にはいかないのでしょうか？とても残念

ホテルのスタッフがフレンドリーで暖かい感じでした。また、朝食がおいしかったです。テラスでワイン、サラダ、チーズ、ハムなどCOOPで調達し、夕暮れのマッターホルンや、登山電車を眺めながらツェルマット滞在を満喫しました。 外出する時は鍵をロビーの鍵かけにかけるのですが、フロントの代わりの机が置いてあるだけで、誰もつめていないので いいのかな？という不安が残りますが、おおらかな町ですね。

It is a very nice hotel. My room has a large balcony and we can enjoy the warm weather and views. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will give it a 5 stars.

What an amazing stay at Hotel Zermama. The hotel deserves a 5 star rating. The suite was incredible, spacious with a Living Room with baclony, two well appointed bathrooms, excellent mattresses and pillows and an amazing view of Matterhorn. The staff is incredible. From the front desk, to the restaurant everyone was attentive, friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way. Special thank you to Victoria who helped check us in and walk us to our suite, to Lilly who was extra special during our morning breakfasts, Stelios the incredible bartender and Victor who took our drink orders. In addition, the hotel manager Norberto is just amazing. Friendly, attentive, courteous, and an overall pleasant individual with a great smile and laugh.

酒店每位員工對待客人都好似朋友般親切有善，非常非常喜歡酒店前台的狗狗，忘記問他名字，每次見他都擺尾迎客，非常可愛。 酒店是走型格路線的，設計高級及有時尚感，房間設計及所有設施都一流，我們訂的房間露台可以欣賞整座馬特洪峰，景色令我們震驚，實在太美了! 酒店位置方便，距離策馬特車站只是行6分鐘左右平路，在這裡住了3晚，令我們非常難忘，我們非常享受這次住宿，有機會我們會再來的，多謝Zermama每位員工!

I loved this hotel. I was travelling solo and booked the room for a solo that was their smallest option. This ended up being one of my favourite booked hotel rooms ever. Although designed for a solo traveller, the design was brilliant. It was amazingly cozy. It was easy to unpack and not have anything to trip over. The decor was inviting and perfect. Having a window seat with a fantastic view was amazing. Food was great. I could rave and rave about this hotel. I might add that the location was unbelievable. You could easily step outside the door and see the Matterhorn. But you are very close to the train station. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Location is great and hotel is stylish & modern. The staff was very helpful with local hiking knowledge. Rooms cleaned daily and quickly which was nice to come back to. That being said, the room was pretty hot even at the end of May. Bed and pillows also left something to be desired.

Room was spacious….. Mountain View spectacular!
