Especially the breakfast is very nice. Good location and reasonable price.

コーヒーセットもなくお湯を貰ったりレンジを使うのにフロントがバイトなのか対応が悪く、階段も多くて大変だった。

日本語が少しできるイタリア人スタッフもおり経営者家族もスタッフとしているので温かい雰囲気ですが、サービスも行き届いています。部屋(建物の構造)が入り組んでいるので階段が多いので重い荷物のある方は気をつけてください。エレベーターもありますが奥の方の部屋だと大変です。空港からタクシーで30フラン程度で到着し中央にも近いので便利でした。宿泊期間中のトラムがフリーになるパスもわたしてくれます。おすすめです。

場所は静かでありながら、市庁舎のすぐ近く。部屋自体も清潔。フロントスタッフは親切で様々な情報を提供してくれた。 到着が早かったが部屋を早めに準備していてくれてすぐにチェックイン出来た。この配慮はとても助かった。 ２つ星ではあるが、事実上は３か４つ星でも良いのではないか、と思う。 次もまた泊まりたい。

The hotel room was big, clean, quiet, and air conditioned. We had four people comfortably sleep in one room. The location was perfect, at the edge of the old town and just two blocks from the river. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. Will stay again when next in Basel. A+ place.

Zimmer war ok. Dusche waren Abdichtgummi defekt und die Ränder voller Kalk Frühstück war ok, Personal überfordert, keine Gläser, fehlende Teller etc 1 Kaffemaschine defekt

Booked 2 twin rooms but one of the rooms was very small, asked to be moved and this was dealt with without fuss. We didn’t have the Swiss adapter, again, dealt with. One couple had breakfast every morning and said there was great choice and plenty of it. Air conditioning worked perfectly so room was never too hot. Perfect location for wandering the back lanes/shops-in ‘Tourist’ Basel. Tram stop a short walk down the hill. All staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer gebucht und auch ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen ! Sauber, mit Klimaanlage, alles perfekt. Nur die Dusche war etwas klein, aber dies ist unrelevant. Sehr nettes Personal und immer hilfsreich. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank.

The room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Air conditioning worked well. The location was perfect for us. We used the buses and trams but also walked along the Rhine and to nearby sites. I would definitely stay in Hotel Rochat again.

Feines reichhaltiges Frühstück, mit frischen Früchten, offenem Käse und Roten Rührei , Speck und Röstitaler. Sehr zu empfehlen!

"This hotel is in a beautiful location in the heart of Old Town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Hygiene and cleanliness were exceptionally well maintained throughout. Bus and tram stops are just steps away, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend!"

It was a clean and friendly hotel. The best part was the location and the breakfast. I wasn’t feeling well so the receptionist was kind to let us check in early to the economy double which was a step down from what we booked so my rating is based on this room. 3 stars because the hotel and room felt like a school dorm from the 1970’s. It was very basic although very clean.
