Check-in war problemlos, hatten vorher per Email umfangreiche Infos erhalten. Unterkunft war auch sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für die kids waren die offerierten Süssigkeiten Hoghlight. Einzig die sonderbar riechenden Handtücher und der übervolleWasserauffangbehälter der Klimaanlage waren zu bemängeln. Ansonsten top. Schön ruhig und die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten haben wir auch genutzt. Gut ÖV Anbindung sei auch noch zu erwähnen

Very happy with our stay. The 2 bedroom unit has everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Walking distance to the trams/light rail, comes every 8mins. The water pressure at the shower is great. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat die Vorteile eines Hotelzimmers. Tägliche Reinigung mit Bettenmachen, Auffüllen von Wasser, Kaffeekapseln, etc. Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage , fußläufig zur Straßenbahn (Ticket inkl.), zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Migros und Coop) sowie an die Aare. Ruhiges Wohnviertel. Verbesserung geht bei den Kopfkissen (zu weich) und bei dem Bettzeug (viel zu warm bei Sommertemperaturen) Super: hundefreundlich (was auf die gesamte Stadt und das Umland zutrifft)

The property is in a beautiful, quiet area. The internet was very reliable for when I needed to work from the room. It was a very comfortable stay. I have used this property before and will continue when I return to Bern.

No assigned parking spot even though made a reservation. Shower stall leaking water through shower doors.

I informed the property owner/manager that I would be alone and working during my stay. I was on the top floor with no elevator and he did not offer assistance with my luggage. He knocked on the door separate times and I allowed his entry the first time. When I did not answer the second time because I was working he entered on his own. This led to me feeling unsafe and unsure that I could rely on this not happening at another time. He offered no apology and even charged me for a rice cake that I consumed during my stay that I thought was part of a welcome basket. There was no air conditioning, so windows remained open which made for more noise than otherwise ideal

Excellent communication, the apartment is comfortable for a family of four. The area is in a suburb. Very nice and just a few minutes from the tram.

Local tranquilo,silencioso,boa limpeza e a cada 2 dias trocavam as toalhas Deixavam disponivel cafe cha e fruta Disponibilizaram passes para transporte publico na cidade apesar de nao ter sido necessario. Gostamos muito da acomodacao. Resalvas: o cochao da cama de solteiro ja merece ser trocado e o travesseiro tambem ..o quarto ficou um pouco apertado para 3, o box do banheiro nao fechava toralmente,mas no geral foi tudo bem! Check-in e check-out bem práticos.

Les logements sont propres et fonctionnels mais le business tourne à plein régime avec le parking en supplément, le mini bar a profusion. Bref un logement correct mais pensé avant tout pour faire du profit.
