立地条件は町の中心にあり、とても便利だ。受付の女性が親切だった。叉朝食も美味しかった。

宿泊先をインターラーケンではなく、グリンデルワルトでもなく、ラウターブルンネンのこのホテルにして正解でした。いろいろとアクセスに便利だし、町も適度な大きさ。そして部屋からは大きなシュタウブバッハの滝が豪快に見える。ホテルスタッフの対応もよく、また観光のアドバイスもいろいろとしてくれた。そして、ホテル内のレストランも美味しかった。おすすめです。

We are very disappointed with our experience at Hotel Oberland in Lauterbrunnen. The service quality was extremely poor. During breakfast, there were no clean plates left, the bread was finished, and the eggs were also finished. We informed the staff 3–4 times, but nothing was refilled for a long time and no proper solution was provided. In addition, the entire hotel smells very strongly of cheese, which made our stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Considering the price and reputation of the hotel, this level of service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even basic hospitality standards. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service for future guests.

We were very pleased with the informative welcome we received. The room was perfect for us with ample suitcase space. The breakfast had many offerings and options. All that I tried were very good and fresh.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was ready early so they allowed me to check in as opposed to waiting for normal check in time which saved worrying about temporarily storing my luggage.

Awesome location! Short walk to the train station for the Top of Europe adventure. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was too notch. Staff was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views from our balcony. The room was terrific.

Staff was very helpful and friendly; my single room was clean with a great view of the falls; water pressure in the shower was great! Breakfast was simple and filling. The only minor complaint I would have is the creaking floors and hearing everyone else’s floors creak but I had ear plugs so it didn’t affect me as much as it could have if I didn’t have them. It’s a small town as it is, but the location is great and not far from the train station.

Courteous welcoming staff. Our room was not occupied the previous night, the reception allowed us to check in immediately well before check in time. Great breakfast. Pretty view from top floor room. Lauterbrunnen is a charming village, great walks right from the village.
