The hotel was excellent! It has a beautiful lake view! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also the stuff were very helpful to us. The breakfast was incredible!

レイクビューの部屋にアップグレード。やはり景色が良い。（山側は上の階じゃないと山が見えないかも。道路の反対側に建物あり）庭にはミニスケートリンクもあり、冬もそれなりに楽しめる。プールも開放感があり、心地よいが、休むベッド数が少なく、混んでるとジャグジーでゆっくりするか、泳いでるしかない。サウナは二つあり、普通のサウナは狭い。 朝食は充実していたが、二日目に三つ編みパンがなかったのが寂しい。 部屋は特に大きくはないが、十分な広さはあり、ベランダのハンギング／ロッキングチェアに座り、湖と山を見てると心が休まる。 部屋にコーヒーセット／湯沸かしがあるとなおさら良い

道路側の部屋の予約でしたが、湖側の部屋にグレードアップしていただきました。大変ホテルそのものはリゾート感があふれていて、大変満足でした。湖側には夕食時バンドも出ていて、そのバンドがダンス音楽を奏でると、多くの宿泊客の方々がダンスに興じられ、その雰囲気が素晴らしかったです。朝食も非常に充実していました。 全体の満足感は5点満点の「５」でした。

設備にはかいていなかったのですが、１２月に行くと、スケートリンクがあり、宿泊者は無料でスケート靴を貸してくれました。また、プールも温かく気持ちよく泳ぐことができました。

2泊滞在しました。 お部屋はそんなに広くないですが、眺めはとても素晴らしいです。 朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ、今回のドイツ・スイス旅行全部のホテルがそうだったのですが、シャンプー&ボディソープという兼用ソープしかなく、 いわゆるシャンプーとトリートメントが単体では置いてませんでした。 歯ブラシもありません。 自分で持って行ってたので困らなかったですが、情報として載せておきます。

Clean very comfortable

Amazing views, close to Lucerne, driveable to Interlaken, good breakfast and amazing pool and sauna.

As with most hotels in Europe, air-conditioning is not something that exists or if it does generally does not work very well, so you should just understand this if it is going to be very hot during your stay. We ate at the hotel for dinner and it was excellent. We recommend the food there.

Will definitly visit again. Forgot my car keys, very helpfull staff, helped with shipping them. Great hotel, excellent service, amazing location. Breakfast was also good. 10/10

This was our second stay here & stayed in one of their amazing panoramic rooms for 2 nights for my 50th. We really enjoyed the breakfast & visiting the local resturants and going to the local town easily by train & went to the top of the mountain. We also loved the pool facilities, but did not use the sauna as my wife and i did not feel comftable with the full nudety & as much as the jacuzzi & pool were great they really could do with being a bit warmer. But that was our only little issue & would stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

nice staff, clean, great breakfast, only the kids were short of pancakes. THE HOTEL WAS UNDER REPAIR, THE REST WAS INTERRUPTED

So glad I selected Seehotel Pilatus! The room & the view, clean & breathtaking! The food, delicious! Service was great. A/C worked fine. Quiet at night. Construction going on during weekdays but that’s a sign of improvement. Loved the spa amenities! Location was perfect, away from the tourists, quiet, locals. Walking around the village was fun. A 5-minute walk to train station & to the boat dock to catch a boat to Lucerne. I hope to return someday soon.

Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet

Wir hatten einen kurzen, aber wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich, gratis Parkplatz, alles flexibel und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch, tolle Terrasse fürs Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir kommen sicher sehr gern wieder.

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber man versucht es zu modernisieren, aber sauberes Hotel. Personal beim frühstücken machen nicht gerade den fröhlichsten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Teppich eventuell nicht so das hygienischiste.

We stayed in the Lopper Suite for 5 nights. The view from our room was magnificent. The property is well maintained and within very short walking distance of both the train and ferry stations. Excellent location with stunning view! Our room was spacious with a bedroom and sitting area. We used AC in the evening and our bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, attentive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Great stay. The hotel offers stunning views and is located in a very convenient area. The customer service team was warm and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended!
