概ね満足のいくクオリティ。ただ、外に食事に出たい時の交通の便が良くない点が気になった。あとは、宿泊した南側ウィングにはエレベーターが設置されていないので、大きなスーツケースの持ち運びが大変だった。事前にウェブ上で言及があれば良いと感じた。朝食ビュッフェスペース通路が狭く、海外の宿泊客達は行き交うのが大変だった様子。

プールはとても楽しかったです！夕食前に沢山泳いで、採暖室で暖まってからの夕食は格別でした！プールの方にも温泉にも両方着替えロッカーもついています！夕食のお野菜は地元野菜とのこと本当に美味しかったです！オードブルやお魚、デザートと最後まで堪能できました、そして旅行が終わってからも、頂いたタンブラーで、ルピシアのお茶が飲み放題で楽しかったことなど思い出して余韻に浸ることが出来ました。お見送りもありがとうございました，また行きたいです。

とても快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、館内な温度設定が高めなのか、部屋でも暑く感じました。ルームウェアがあまり清潔ではない印象です。

朝食ビュッフェは和食メニューはほぼなかったのですが、新鮮で美味しい野菜が豊富でした。 お塩やオリーブオイル数種類あり色々試せました。メニューの種類はオーソドックスな洋食メニューが中心で一つ一つクオリティーがたかかったです。カレーがあったのですが濃厚で美味しくまた食べたいです。 スタッフの方は外国人もいらして皆さん丁寧な日本語と接客、温かい笑顔が印象的でした。 夕食も季節の食材を使ったお料理が美しく盛り付けられ、最後のデザートまで心も舌も大満足でした。

すべてにおいて 快適でした また是非泊まりに行こうと思います！ が 女性露天風呂風呂のお湯に浮いている 虫が多かったので 時々掃除してください

部屋に露天風呂、比較的大きなプールもあり、楽しめました。 ホテル内も清潔で、スタッフの方々も親切でした 。1泊でしたが、ゆっくりできました。

オープン初日に宿泊しました。 従業員全員の愛想が素晴らしく、大変過ごしやすい空気を作ってくれます。 レストランの料理も大変美味しいです。 今回はペットフレンドリールームに泊まったので部屋に温泉はありませんでしたが、ワンコは快適に過ごせました。 ドッグランもありました！ 4、5人入れるサウナも大浴場にありましたが、水風呂があればよかったなと思います。 また、室内プールも最高です。温泉で暖かくてのんびり過ごせます。 細かいことをいうと、 プールと風呂場に時計が欲しかったのと、 外気浴に背もたれの椅子が欲しかった。 あと、部屋のベランダの扉が少ししかあかないのですが、小型犬は出てしまうので、網戸はほしい。 網戸らしきものはあるのですが、ズレてて少ししか開かないので動かせない。 あと、売店に小腹が空いた時用にカップ麺くらいあればよかったなと。 でも、すごく落ち着いてていいです！

We spent a wonderful couple of days here. Facilities were great and staff always helpful and available. From shuttle service to breakfast and the onsen and pool facilities, we were very happy with every element. Setting is ideal also; quiet and peaceful for a perfect city detox

Veldig koselig og fint hotell. Det ligger litt utenfor Hakone Gora sentrum. Vi ble boende her i et par døgn med gullpensjon. Maten er veldig god. Svømmebasseng og onsen er strålende. Her koste vi oss.

So far the greatest and most courteous service in Japan. The hotel was super clean, organized, and with great amenities, especially the pool

i wish i could live here. the staff was so sweet, they helped bring me into my room, brought my luggage, and sat me down for check in. i love the free waterbottle they gave, i loved the free drink bar with so much different teas, and i loved the breakfast. their food is so good, their onsen is great, and the parking is free too. the hotel is on a hill so you must get food from the nearby 7-11, sushi resturant, or box burger. i want to stay at this place a again. my daughter and i loved it!

Dinners were excellent but very expensive. Be sure to go to the Hakone open air museum.

Great hotel but they overcharge significantly if you have to make any changes to the reservation especially if you make it at the hotel. The food was ok!

Premium Hotel zum entspannen, gerade wenn man wie wir viele aktive Tage in Kyoto und Tokyo hatte. Gleichzeitig kann man von hier aus wunderbar die Region Hakone besichtigen.

We really enjoyed the hotel as it was very modern and had a unique Japanese style. The pool area and onsen were really luxurious and the food was fine dining and the kids meals were fantastic. The only slight negatives were that the hotel is a 10 minute drive from Gora station and the shuttle buses are not that frequent also the wine was very expensive and it was quite hard to find the onsen as we didn't know it was in the seperate changing rooms. Overall a lovely stay and would recomemnd.
