Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms were nice. I had an issue with my credit card and the staff helped me work through it and even let me stay my first night on faith that payment would work, instead of making a big deal about it. Glad I booked my weekend stay in Pucón here.

lovely building- room was gorgeous and opened up on to a garden/deck which was a lovely space. friendly staff. highly recommend

Hotel pequeno e maravilhoso para quem quer sossego. Quartos muito confortável e silencioso com uma pequena varanda. Limpeza muito boa. Ótimo atendimento dos donos e funcionários. Local seguro e com garagem. Nos deram ótimas dicas de passeios. Café da manhã muito bom com pães e tortas feitas por eles. Tem uma lavanderia em frente com bom atendimento e preço. Há poucos metros do comércio da cidade. Com certeza voltaremos.

Great location. Small room but adequate and a nice sized king mattress that two people can share. Solid breakfast. Accomodating and responsive front desk.

Enjoyed our stay and they booked our activities

I’m torn on leaving 4* and not 5*, as the stay was really good; really friendly and helpful staff, clean and pretty hotel with a generous breakfast and helpful parking. The only issue is the hotel’s sound proofing and being located on the same street as a bus station. It means that without fail you will wake up when the first buses of the day travel down the street, which was usually 6am. Perhaps this is avoiding if you’re not facing the road, but we were and so it was a shame to be woken up every morning. Outside of that, everything was really good.

Condições do quarto OK. Na minha opinião não foi satisfatória a cordialidade dos atendentes. Café da manhã bem fraco. Limite de um ovo por pessoa! Tivemos que cancelar a última diária e mesmo antes do prazo não aceitaram em cancelar

La atención de una de las anfitrionas fue excelente. La habitación un poco pequeña y la luz se cuela por las cortinas ( yo busco siempre black out). El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación bien conveniente.

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist mit Liebe zubereitet und köstlich.

So … how can I say the rooms are small and the walls are paper thin you can hear the people next door. It was very noisy. We got the moans at 10 at 1:30 and at 6:30 the bed was banging against the wall, we did not appreciate … Didn’t sleep much We did appreciate the breakfast and the older guy who prepared delicious eggs for us. He was the only highlight of our stay.
