Nice terrace rooms with view onto greenery

Fenomenal! Un lujo de residencia y de servicio. El restaurant es de primera. En recepción se tiene una atención también de lujo en particular mi agradecimiento y saludos a la señora Javiera y el señor Daniel.

The rooms did not disappoint! I had a double terrace and it was really nice. I used the gym, which was minimal but got the job done. I attempted to extend my stay because I was so comfortable, but they were booked! I do want to share that the area is a bit noisy with a street view and the restaurant right below my room, a white noise machine helped immensely at night.

O apartamento é muito bem decorado e bem estruturado. Minha nota baixa se deve ao pessimo banheiro. Ele é apertado, o chuveiro não tem pressão e não há ducha higiênica. O atendimento é bom mas nada que justifique a nota acima de 9. A estrutura interna é boa, tem um roof top de descanso e um restaurante muito bom e independente na frente.

Localizado em bairro novo, moderno, com muito comércio. Prédio lindo, otima decoração e apartamentos impecáveis!

Adoramos nossa estadia no The Place. O ambiente do hotel é lindíssimo e a suíte maravilhosa, com tudo que precisávamos.

Nos alojamos en The Place y fue una excelente elección. La ubicación es ideal si vas a Las Condes: segura, tranquila y cerca de todo. Las instalaciones están impecables, cómodas y muy bien equipadas. El servicio fue cálido y eficiente desde el primer momento. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estadía. Sin dudas volveríamos. ¡Muy satisfechos!

The thing that stood out the most was the staff. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. The location gave me the option to walk and explore also access to public transportation was very close. The layout and design were awesome.

Quartos super espaçosos, com terraços, lugar agradável. Unico ponto a melhorar é o horário do café da manhã e disponibilizar um buffet.

Very nice place and room was superb. Breakfast was a la carte and there were some good options to eat.
