手作りの朝食が美味しかったです。シャワー等の設備も満足です。 メインストリートにあるので、夜10時頃までダンスショーの音楽が聞こえる曜日もありましたが、そこまで気になりませんでした。スーパーも目の前にあり、レストランも近くに沢山あるので、とても便利でした。

空港間の送迎があり助かりました。またオーナーの奥さんが色々対応してくれました。

ホテルは島のメインストリートにあり便利です。バンガロータイプな感じの建物の部屋で質素ですが綺麗な雰囲気は良いです。

メイン通りそばにあるので便利。部屋には、毎日ゴキブリ・アリが出る。フロントにはスタッフが常駐していないので不便。

Our stay at Hotel Tauraa on Easter Island was truly exceptional and unforgettable. From the very first moment, the owner/manager Wolfgang made us feel incredibly welcome. He personally greeted us, which already set the tone for the entire stay. His hospitality went far beyond expectations—he even helped us resolve and rebook our tickets, which could have easily become stressful without his support. What really stood out was the level of personal care. Every morning, Wolfgang would bring us fresh apples—such a simple gesture, yet it made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s these small, thoughtful touches that make this place so special. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Not just standard hotel food—each morning was a unique, custom-prepared experience. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with attention and pride. This is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel like a valued guest, not just a booking. If you’re visiting Rapa Nui, Hotel Tauraa is a hidden gem, and Wolfgang is the kind of host that turns a good trip into a truly memorable one. Highly, highly recommended.

Tauruu hotel is the place to stay. Wolfgang the owner/manager is attentive, accommodating and informative. He is available 24/7 to help or answer your questions through whats app. Starting with easy pickup at the airport (included) through being permitted a a later checkout and ride back to airport. Our basic room had twin beds with air conditioning. Our breakfasts were substantial and delicious and varied each day also included. Cristian who served us breakfast was friendly and conversational. Hotel was centrally located and reasonably priced especially during the high season. I highly recommend this hotel and well worth your consideration.

The owner was fantastic and went way above and beyond for us. He was always available, helpful and personable. The hotel is lovely and in a good location. Breakfasts were wonderful. This was a great choice on Easter Island. Thanks, Wolfgang!

Very cozy property, well located in the city center. Staff friendly and kind

Hotel Tauraa ticks all of the boxes that make the stay on Easter Island something special. It is set in tropical gardens with Wolfgang, an amiable host who cooks up a superb breakfast every day. The rooms are spacious, clean and all amenities work well. It's not a modern hotel but it takes you back to a time when things were simple and good. It's only 30 metres from the main road so you have restaurants around the corner. A real joy to investigate the island.

Property location is good. Walkable to everything and also close to the airport too. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Hotel makes good Breakfast everyday. Room cleanness is ok. Standard for this type of property. We found several Geckos in the room (I guess is common on the island) hotel owner brought us a spray, but doesn’t really keep Gekkos away. But thanks to the owner that trying to help us on this matter.

Incredibly accommodating, friendly, available, and helpful owners.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfasts were the best. The morning juices came from fruits grown in the property! Can it get any fresher than that? Not only was each breakfast different each day, the intimate setting allowed us to meet fellow travelers and make new friends.

Local muito acolhedor com uma decoração temática, tudo na acomodação funcionava perfeitamente. Localização excelente! Facilidade para comunicação minimamente em inglês, alemão e espanhol.

Hot water is very sporadic. If you are lucky, you can shower in the middle of the day. Morning and night will all depend on the availability. And the availability is very limited.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wolfgang ist sehr sympathisch und hilft bei allen Angelegenheiten. Wir hatten Zimmer Nummer 1. Ein geräumiges, einfach eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Bett ist hervorragend. Es hat einen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Leider funktionierte der Deckenventilator nicht. Dies hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. Man hört die Hähne krähen und die anderen Gäste im Nachbarzimmer. Trotzdem war es nachts sehr ruhig und wir haben immer sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist ein Erlebnis. Jeden Tag gibt's was Neues. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.

5/5 – Lovely stay. I Just spent 3 perfect nights at Tauraa Hotel and couldn’t fault it. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the location is quiet yet convenient. The grounds were filled with beautiful plants and decorations. The standout, without question, was the chef-inspired breakfast each morning – beautifully presented, fresh, creative dishes that changed daily and tasted incredible Short stay, big smiles. Already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wolf, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to help his guests. The service of him and his staff is what made this hotel experience unforgettable. The location is in the middle of the main street and very convenient. Breakfast every morning is fresh and "prepared with love". Highly recommend the hotel to everyone!
