Checking in was made very smoothly.Also got coupons with affordable discount. The room was cozy, but very comfortable. Well satisfied.

レンタカーの場合はバレットパーキングが便利（追加料金がかかっても便利） ホテル提供の15％OFFチケット（ホテルレストラン・夕食）は便利。食事もわりと美味しかった。

ホテルの設備やインテリアは大変美しく、さらにはシャトーフロントナックが窓から見えるお部屋で何一つ文句無しの満点。 しあわせ気分で翌朝、朝食を頂いたのですがこれがまた本当に美味しい！ 是非とも朝食付きのプランをおすすめします。

Staff very nice and super helpful. Bed on the soft and smaller side, but still comfy. Kind of a pain needing to use your phone to open your door through a web browser every time but not a big deal. The shower is pretty small with arguably too many jets, but good water pressure and amenities, including hair dryer. The heaters work very well with baseboard and split heating. Solid spot to stay in a superb location!

Nous avons été accueilli par Charles qui s'est montré vraiment très utile en nous aidant avec nos bagages, nous proposant le choix de 2 chambres avec vue sur le Château Frontenac, nous donnant des conseils sur le musée de la civilisation etc. Nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour dans cet hôtel que nous recommandons vivement !

I stayed at Auberge Place d’Armes in Québec and had an excellent experience. The service is very good: while it is mostly self-service, there is always someone available and attentive, with fast and clear communication, especially via WhatsApp. The room has a lot of local charm and character. It truly feels like living in Québec rather than staying in a generic hotel. It is comfortable, well maintained, and full of personality. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Québec, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, it offers great service and a very authentic experience. Highly recommended.
