Location for overnight stay is OK, right on the highway, nice view of lake in the backyard, but bad impression of the reception and when we asked about nearby restaurant their answer was "one place in nearby town" but in fact there were more than one and even cafes were found.

No office so we had to call to get checked in. Facility was right on the highway so it was noisy. Bed was good, and room was clean. Some renovations were not very professional - glue from baseboard smeared on the wall, unfinished ceiling repairs, plumbing in tub hooked up backwards on shower (hot was cold, cold was hot), unfinished painting.

Amazing view of Shuswap lake. Room was clean and all amenities (microwave, coffe, frig. Tv did not work. Could use a coat of paint and landscaping Lovely patio table to have morning coffee and enjoy view

The rooms had no private bath or ac. There was just enough room to ease around bed.

Greeted upon arrival. Attendant took us to our room. She immediately inquired if we liked the. All good. Basic room but met our needs and expections. Perhaps a need to change mattress as it was a bit too soft.

A rustic, charming place. I liked my room a lot. It was clean, the woman I dealt with was very nice and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, and the price was competitive. I enjoyed my stay.

Unfortunately, the room was VERY dirty. There was a smashed cockroach on the wall, another live cockroach coming out of a light fixture. The shower looked brown and grungy, as if it hadn't been cleaned ... ever. There was even what looked like mucus smeared all over the wall. When they showed the room, the lock didn't work... I was told not to worry. Slept on top of the comforter, fully clothed. Had booked for 2 nights, needless to say it was 1 and done - only because it was late and we had no where else to go. Do not recommend.

Lovely view, but unfortunately room smelled of smoke

Room smells like smoke. I asked to be moved because the first room smelled like someone had been smoking in it despite all the no smoking signs. New room was fine until I left and came back. The manager is nice but I'm guessing he's ignoring whoever is in room #1. To bad because the place could be nice when they get it fixed up and the views on the back side are excellent.

No office. Had to phone motel number for them to send staff to check us in. Clean, but poorly renovated room. Thin windows and walls, a lot of loud traffic. Bed was comfortable.

Very modern and clean rooms. From my room on the top floor at the back there was an amazing view. There are bbq's in close proximity to most rooms as well as a covered area with a couple large bbq's and benches. Great place for a family reunion, group of friends get together or just a quick get away. Would highly recommend to anyone

They are obviously upgrading the property so it’s in the works. The floor was dusty and dirty from construction. The bedding needed to be changed as you could see flecks that were dirty and the person who came to do so, was trying to argue they were stains even though you could smear the substance. The coffee cups were dirty. Even upon check in no one was in the office and the attendant from the gas station had to get keys for us. It was a strange and not ideal stay but I think it will get better as they continue the upgrades

Unfortunately, we saw bedbugs on my friend’s bed 😡😡😡😡

The gentleman who recieved us was very friendly and kind with little knowledge of hospitality sector. The lake view is great too. The motel is very close to where you can watch sockeye salmon run.

The new caretaker was lovely! Very friendly and understanding. The room was quite clean! Apart from some aspects of the room that could use renovation, I had a lovely stay :)

Amazing location with mountain and lake views. I felt like I could just breathe and relax.

The manager was outstanding, very helpful , It was pleasant quiet and safe

Great for the price. Very large room. Outdated but functional. 7 min drive to the closest grocery store and restaurant. Lovely view. We'll stay there again.
