Hotels in Vancouver are very expensive in summer, and this B&B is ideal not only for tourists but also a single business person like me who had business in downtown. It is clean, moderate price (not economical, though), particularly located in excellent environment (quiet and only a 5-min walk to a Skytrain station, so that it took only 15 min to go to my business place in downtown!). The single drawback is poor breakfast, particularly for "hot items": a woman was very inefficient, particularly there were "no eggs" in their refrigerator in my first morning, which caused some delay of my departure in that morning.

The location was perfect for us since there are really not many hotels in this area. Clean room, comfy bed and manageable parking on the street (free from 5 pm until 10-11 am depending on the street you park on). Would definitely do it again!

Very walkable. Close to everything and just far enough away to be quiet. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

This is a beautiful place! We stayed in the cottage behind the main house. It had a comfortable living area and kitchen where we were able to relax and chat by the fireplace. Everything was clean and new. The rooms were spacious and quiet at night. We walked to our restaurant for dinner and walked to the train to return to the airport!

Very clean room and a lovely lady cooking your eggs at the breakfast included. Going to need to switch out the very warm duvet cover as the warmer weather arrives.

The guest house is beautiful. The room was very nicely appointed and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the chef was kind and prepared us each a delicious omelet.

It was lovely and the people are great. We definitely felt it was... Professional. Not very homey, though. The breakfast was fine, well made, but so sparse. The coffee was good and the orange juice was excellent.

When is your house was very clean and comfy

Super clean room, breakfast was simple but good. I was lucky enough to be in the cottage by myself for the first couple of nights. The last night I had a neighbor and realized just how thin the walls are. I didn't spend much time there except to sleep but I really appreciated the close proximity to VGH and tons of restaurants. I walked everywhere from there. About 12-15 minutes to walk to VGH depending on traffic. And about 20 minutes to get down to False Creek which is a gorgeous place to walk on a sunny day. The neighborhood felt safe even without much for street lights and it was surprisingly quiet.
