駅からも近く便利に滞在させて頂きました。

ルガーノ駅からすぐのホテル。荷物を預けるのに便利。想像してたより部屋は清潔で、ベッドが柔らかい低反発仕様で快適でした。ただ、洗面の水が流れが悪く、詰まり気味だったのがマイナス。部屋にはテラスもあるが、柵の網目が大きいのでお子様には注意。フロントの方も親切で、寝に帰るだけの私達には便利なホテルでした。

駅を出て、30メートルくらいというかなり駅近でした。翌朝の出発が早い場合にはとても最高の場所でした。湖沿いまでも徒歩で行くことができ、立地条件は良かったです。入口は24時間出入可能ではあるものの、夜になると英語の話せるスタッフはおらず、イタリア語しか通じないため質問等あれば早めに対応しておく必要がありました。

うるさいというレビューもありますが、気にならない人には気にならない程度です。 朝食もシンプルながら、パンはとても美味しかったです

Hotel do tem a localização de positiva, a 300 m da estação de trem, porém o hotel tem instalações velhas, o recepcionista nos cobrou pelo Sr condicionado e o pior que não funcionava, eu não voltaria s hospedar lá.

Bra läge om man tar bussen ner till stan. Bussen stannar precis utanför. Enkel frukost. Ingen AC så väldigt varmt. Fanns en liten fläkt.

Väldigt trevlig personal som mötte upp och guidade till parkering. Rummet basic, rent på de stora ytorna men lite grundligare städ hade inte skadat. Perfekt läge, fint m promenad ner mot sjön och skönt att man kunde ta lilla ”tåget” uppför backen på väg hem!

Staff Gabriele,helpful and friendly. Fast check in, comfortable bed,and clean room +very spacious bathroom. Very convenient for an early morning train as hotel is situated 5 min walk a little uphill from the main Lugano train station, which by the way serves excellent espresso and cappuccino and has amazing views over the lake and the mountains. Recommend 100%

Convenient hotel for a one night stay. Close to rail station and funicular to town centre. Not happy about security arrangements - room keys were left in the open foyer area and the street door wasn’t locked so anyone could walk in (although man on reception denied this, but wasn’t always there). Also had a problem with my room key - very difficult to lock and unlock. TV didn’t work- no signal.

We choose this property because it was close to the train station. It was plain and without frills or amenities but the air conditioning worked great and the rooms were cleaned. Staff said we qualified for a free city bus pass and said they would email it but never did.

Very near train station. But the interior design is old like 70’s. Also, the pillow is not very comfortable but good for staying 1/2 nights for transit. The staff are helpful.
