駅からも近く便利に滞在させて頂きました。

ルガーノ駅からすぐのホテル。荷物を預けるのに便利。想像してたより部屋は清潔で、ベッドが柔らかい低反発仕様で快適でした。ただ、洗面の水が流れが悪く、詰まり気味だったのがマイナス。部屋にはテラスもあるが、柵の網目が大きいのでお子様には注意。フロントの方も親切で、寝に帰るだけの私達には便利なホテルでした。

駅を出て、30メートルくらいというかなり駅近でした。翌朝の出発が早い場合にはとても最高の場所でした。湖沿いまでも徒歩で行くことができ、立地条件は良かったです。入口は24時間出入可能ではあるものの、夜になると英語の話せるスタッフはおらず、イタリア語しか通じないため質問等あれば早めに対応しておく必要がありました。

うるさいというレビューもありますが、気にならない人には気にならない程度です。 朝食もシンプルながら、パンはとても美味しかったです

Das Hotel hat genau meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Lage ist zentral und nahe am Bahnhof, das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig. Besonders das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal hat meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Perfekt läge några hundra meter från järnvägsstationen. Fint med balkong. Märkligt med duschtvål i små engångspåsar. Lite mager frukost

It was great. The furniture and decor was little bit outdated. The emloyees were lovely. Location of the hotel is great, close to the station.

No hand soap and the emptiest pillows I’ve ever rest my head on but at least you get free public transport for the duration of your stay

A very basic room which did the job for one night. Quite aged and could do with a refresh. They also asked for a deposit for an adapter which I thought was not very good. The location is close to the main station and walkable into town (down a steep hill).

I had a nice stay. The staff were very friendly and set me up with a free local transport card. The breakfast is very good and fair priced. Location is excellent if you want access to the main station. No complaints at this price point.

Convenient 5-10 mins walk from Lugano train station the hotel is located next to busy street. Either the infrastructure is too old for the prices or the prices are too high for the 60 yrs old furniture and amenities.

Hotel a 10 minutos a pie desde la estación de buses, a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de trenes y del fonicular que te baja al downtown. Personal amable, habitación limpia, pero sencilla. Solo cama, baño y TV pequeño. No café, no plancha, no blower. Tiene aire acondicionado, ascensor, agua caliente en el baño. Solo estuve 1 noche y ofrecio justo lo que necesitaba. Parada de autobuses al frente del hotel. Área y pueblo seguro, buses puntuales y habitantes cordiales.

Kein Klimaanlage !!!!und Balkon. Zimmer sehr laut wegen Strasse. Unmöglich bei dieser Hitze mit geschlossenem Fenster ohne Klimaanlage zu schlafen.

Un lugar digno para descansar después de una semana recorriendo diario lugares distintos de Europa. Habitaciones grandes y en buen estado

Die Lage passt und ist gut mit der ÖV erreichbar - Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für ein doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft wo von 23 bis 07:30 Uhr kein Personal anzutreffen ist - heisses Wasser für Teekrug ist bei einer frühzeitigen Abreise nicht zu bekommen, da auch kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.
