ダウンタウンから歩いて25分ほどの静かな住宅街にあり、築120年のクラシックな建物です。アットホームな雰囲気で、日本語でも対応してくれます。ビーコンフィールドパークがすぐそばで 孔雀やリスや鹿などが庭に現れることがあるとのこと。

部屋は大変素晴らしい。豪邸のスイートを使わせて頂いた。貴重な経験だった。また、朝食も一人一人配膳され、優雅に過ごさせて貰った。ただ、部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったので、少し戸惑った。購入して来たビール缶を冷やすことができなかったが。後は、文句なしの滞在ができた。また、スタッフの方の応対も大変親切で良かった。

最高に素敵なホテルでした。是非また泊まりたい。宿泊費以上の素敵さです。歴史を感じる古さ、ベッドのスプリングの良さに感動。良いベッドに寝るといつも以上に深い眠りが訪れるんですね。食事も美味しかった。

今回の旅行で初めてＢ＆Ｂを利用しました。理由は①サイトを調べたら現地の駐在の方の意見に、ビクトリアなら土地柄１００年以上年代を重ねた素晴らしいＢ＆Ｂが有るので是非体験を薦めると有り興味を持ちました。②以前は有名な英国様式のフェアモント・エンプレス・ホテルに滞在しダウンタウン.インナーハーバー等賑やかな所だったので、今回は花々に囲まれた閑静な住宅街での日常を体験したかった事。③家庭的な朝食をゆっくりとりたかった事等です。ビーコンズｆヒールドインはぴったりのホテルでした！！

宿の雰囲気やスタッフの温かでフレンドリーな感じは良かったのだけど・・夜９時過ぎ立派なバスタブにお湯を張ろうとしたら　程なくお湯ではなく水に・・友人達の部屋も同じくシャワーも使えず・・お湯のキャパシティーが非常に小さいのでしょうが・・残念すぎ・・排水溝の逆流もあり・・　そんなこんなで、最終的には丁寧にお詫びされ、一部屋は全額返金、他はそれなりの額を返金してくれました・・ので、誠実な対応ではあろうかと思いますが、残念でした。まぁ　忘れられない旅にはなりました。それがなければ、いい宿だったのにね。

We stayed 3 nights. The staffs were really kind and nice, the room was comfortble, and we love the atmosphere of this B&B. While the place isn't really convenience and streets around hotel are almost empty and dark at night, we could enjoy quiet evenings. Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay and would like to visit again!

This is a charming manor house in the middle of Victoria. It’s in a great location, which is close to many amenities and walking distance to Victoria’s waterfront. The house is old and filled with character, it’s clean, comfortable and offers a wonderful breakfast, free parking and a wonderful staff. We will be back.

Charming stay at the Beaconsfield! The whole place was so cozy and the staff was wonderful. We had a room on the main floor, but had no noise problems and slept great. Breakfast in their beautiful breakfast room was a highlight of the stay.

Beaconsfield Inn is a beautiful old home with character that gives guests a feeling of being both settled and comfortable in a very inviting setting. The property is very well maintained and clean, both inside and outside. There are little touches in each room that are not only a testament to the character and the history of the house itself, but that also add to the comfort of the guests. Breakfast, the only meal served at the Inn is innovative and nutritious, starting with a small bowl of yoghurt and fresh fruit, and moving on to a cooked dish that has protein, fresh vegetables, and toast, accompanied by tea or coffee or/and fruit juice. For guests with early departures, a packed breakfast is available to take with them. For people with dietary restrictions, alternate menus are provided. All this is served in their beautiful breakfast room overlooking the garden and the street. There are cookies, some fruit, and refreshments available for guests to help themselves to during the day. The manager, Cathy, and the staff are always happy to answer questions, give suggestions, and to take care of any problems. They personalize the help needed by guests, and go beyond the call of duty to help out their guests. Beaconsfield Inn provided one of the best stays we have ever had on our travels.

Absolutely incredible experience. All of the staff are so kind and helpful, we felt very pampered the entire time. the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully served, and the home itself is stunning and well maintained. Cathy is very knowledgeable in everything about the estate and surrounding area and was very easy to reach for anything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique stay on the island.

Some wonderful things: Cathy was amazing, SO friendly and helpful and one of the the most hardworking staff anywhere! The gardens were pretty! The breakfasts were good, and Cathy went out of her way to move breakfast early one day so we could get away early and the last day packed us a meal for a 4 am departure. Excellent location; we walked to Beacon hill park daily! Some not great: it is an old, dark building with many windows painted shut so airflow not great. The few Outlets were terrible as plugs just fell out. WiFi not good. Music at breakfast, though quiet, was rock and roll or radio. Not relaxing at all. I thought the video advertised afternoon tea but now I can’t play it to check. There were cookies but they were there multiple days in a row so they didn’t seem fresh- baked which is what I usually think of when I hear “afternoon tea”. (Thankfully Victoria has multiple places for high tea (Abhkazi and Murchie’s has everything you need to make your own). It would be nice if they served the local tea, Murchies, rather than Twinings as there is a huge difference in flavor. ) So 3 stars is an average for the excellent service and friendliness ( 5 stars) and the rest described above.

I stayed in the garden parlour with my brand-new fiance. It was a beautiful and spacious location and waws very romantic.

We absolutely loved staying at the Beaconsfield! The property is a historic treasure, with a library filled with delicious welcome snacks and antique books. The room was well appointed with every detail thought of! The bed was incredibly comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend the Beaconsfield Inn for your next trip to Victoria!

Menu was very good . My wife and i don't eat meat and the staff were very accomodating to our needs
