This was an absolute fantastic experience. The property is at the end of a spectacular valley and includes the delightful original 1903 farmhouse where we stayed. There are also cabins on the site. The owner, Niels, is a chef and we opted to order both dinner and breakfast, which is served in a separate dining room. Niels buys lamb from a neighboring farmer and grows his own vegetables. You won't find fresher, more natural food anywhere. We took advantage of the summer sunlight to walk through the countryside. The whole experience was enchanting.
