部屋がゆったりと広かったです。

部屋は静かで毎日水やシャンプーなどのアメニティーをもらえるが冷蔵庫がないのが不便でした。

ホテルの場所は良いが清掃時間が夕方の5時前後でタオル・シーツの交換がされていない時もあった。清掃の方が常に近くにいたため、タオルの交換は可能でした。

Hotel staff was so kindness. I can't speak Spanish but staff was try to understand my talk.

５つの地下鉄駅から徒歩圏内の上、深夜の周辺の治安も悪くありません。設備は古いですが、部屋は広く天井も高いので快適です。何よりもスタッフの対応が丁寧。ランドリーサービス（Tシャツ、下着、靴下、各二枚ずつで60ペソ）があるのも有難かったです。コンサートやスポーツ観戦など、夜遅くまで観光する方には特にお薦めです。

1920年開業というコロニアル建築のオールドホテル。天井がとても高く、木の床が歴史を感じさせる。地下鉄駅からも近く、メトロポリタン大聖堂も徒歩5分程度。近くにはカフェやレストランも多い。

Staff are kind. Good location. I think they can improve their wifi system. Wifi in my room was weak sometime. But overall, I like this hotel.

建物自体は古いが部屋はよく掃除されており、価格に対して充分快適。市街中心部からは少し離れるが、メトロ駅も近く、食堂とバーが併設されており不便さは特に感じない。

古いですが雰囲気のある建物です。エレベーターの音と揺れが怖い。レストランとバーが付いているのがGOOD。部屋は広かった

I felt very welcomed by staff They helped me with my luggage My room was very comfortable and the building was charming. I enjoyed the Navidad decorations.

Perfect location to walk the city. It's wn older hotel that has a classic style. The restaurant in the lobby has a wonderful full breakfast. I would recommend and I will stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the historic center of Mexico City. Like a lot of the historical center, the hotel is old and a great classical building! beds were comfortable, rooms are big and very basic. Great floor to ceiling doors on the balcony! My only complaint was that it was noisy outside most of the time.
