Lovely place to stay. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s home.

My experience was that while it's a great location and the rooms themselves are nice, this is not a relaxing place to stay and many of the included amenities aren't as advertised. I'm a Solo traveler. I originally was given a room that was right next to the front desk and I could hear everything at the reception desk. It also faced the outside sidewalk so everyone walking by the hotel could see into my room. It was noisy and not private at all. I really don't think that should even be a room to rent. I paid additional to move to a top floor room. The room was lovely but the windows don't seal so every noise from the street below comes in including the music from the next door cafe and roosters starting at 3 am. I can't speak for the rooms not facing the street. The breakfast is also not continental but a yogurt cup with fruit and coffee/juice. The restaurant gives you a normal menu and doesn't offer you the included breakfast unless you specifically ask for it. The restaurant isn't open all day and it's certainly was not a social scene like the pictures. The pool is not on the property but another location close by. The front desk people where very nice and helpful.

Extremely clean, wonderful staff, restaurant was delicious and so close to main drag of amazing restaurants. Will stay again! Also absolutely must check out the pool nearby!

Love this hotel! Staff are very attentive and willing to help. The rooms are spotless and the ambience is calm and peaceful. The bistro has amazing food - the chef is wonderful! We will definitely be back!

A 10/10 experience. The room and hotel was beautiful and so very clean. The standards are so high here. The breakfast was excellent and refreshing, as was the coffee. We will definitely be back one day!

Great for a short stay. Very friendly staff. Close to the beach and the free beach chairs and umbrella was very appreciated. We both loved their restaurant downstairs. No tv or pool.

very nice room and hotel and very good location, the only thing is you have only one choice on the breakfast menu wich is a bowl of fruit and regular coffee.

Well decorated. It was overall okay. There's quite a bit of construction and there's alot of rules with everything from check in to sleeping on the sheets.

El hotel es muy bonito cerca a todo , el personal muy amable , en la esquina para pasar al pueblo en la Noche se hacen camionetas con personas borrachas y pesadas que molestan a los que pasan musica muy fuerte , creo q deben buscar una solucion con la policia o algo asi me la pase muy bien es lo unico no me parece seguro para mujeres solas pasar por esa esquina , lo demas muy agradecido , san pancho un destino increíble ojala lo cuiden y conserven tranquilo esto es un tema aislado

Awesome little place and clean Very courteous staff. The hotel also had loaner beach a hairs and umbrella, which is very convenient and will save you from spending $350 pesos a day to rent them. They even had courtesy tequila in the room!! Our new favorite place to stay in San Pancho!!!
