部屋は広くて清潔でした。スタッフもとても親切で満足です。

スタッフ達の対応が良く、部屋も清潔で広いです。wi-fiも早くて快適。部屋のアメニティは、バスタオルと水、石鹸類だけです。歯ブラシやバスローブはありません。シャワーの温度や水圧はパーフェクト。 エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物がある方は注意です。(もしくは、1階の部屋をリクエストするのがおすすめ。)。 街は治安が良く、広場からとても近いので夜でも安心ですが、騒がしい場所からは少し離れているのでゆっくり眠れます。値段も手頃なので、次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。

El hotel es bonito, relativamente cerca del zócalo de puebla, pero la calle donde se encuentra está un poco solitaria, buena atención de parte del personal.

el pesonal fue muy amable en hotel estaba limpio, solo aspectos a mejorar serian los botes de basura muy pequeños y el olor a humedad en la habitacion.

The hotel has super comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed on the second floor and beautiful high ceilings. It's very clean. The air conditioning and heat work just fine. Most of the staff, especially the ones who work during the day, are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a small, good restaurant on the ground floor. There are no other facilities that I could find. The hotel is at the edge of the Centro Historico, and thus, pretty quiet and safe to walk around at night. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Centrico y limpio

It was a good experience, with a big, beautiful room just as adviced. The only problem was with the phone line. No matter what I tried, the phone system always cut me off under a "verify your phone line" message. At the counter, the laday acknowledge the issue, but had no solution. I did not bring an auto with me, so I cannot say anaything regarding the parking, but in anyway, it seems a complicated thing, because the hotel has not even a drop-off area in front of it. Better go there by taxy.

Es un desperdicio de instalaciones. Están muy lindas pero en mi habitación había chinches. Y lo peor no es que haya chinches, lo peor es que después de haberme cambiado a otra habitación, rentaron esa habitación a otras personas. Me di cuenta porque después recordé que no había dado de baja mi cuenta de streaming del TV y al pedir en la recepción que me dieran oportunidad de entrar a la habitación para cerrarla me dijeron que no se podía porque ya estaba ocupada y salían a hasta las 6:30. o sea ¡La casa pierde! La cosa es que ya no descansé igual y no entiendo por qué razón tiene una evaluación tan buena, será que los huéspedes de deslumbran con lo bonito y se olvidan de la limpieza?
