部屋は広くて清潔でした。スタッフもとても親切で満足です。

スタッフ達の対応が良く、部屋も清潔で広いです。wi-fiも早くて快適。部屋のアメニティは、バスタオルと水、石鹸類だけです。歯ブラシやバスローブはありません。シャワーの温度や水圧はパーフェクト。 エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物がある方は注意です。(もしくは、1階の部屋をリクエストするのがおすすめ。)。 街は治安が良く、広場からとても近いので夜でも安心ですが、騒がしい場所からは少し離れているのでゆっくり眠れます。値段も手頃なので、次回もぜひ泊まりたいです。

We really enjoyed our stay and our room. Everything went well my only feedback would be to please broom the rooms daily, during our entire stay we wore socks because there was dirt/crumbs/debris on the floor of our room that was very noticeable. Aside from that the staff was nice enough and the rooms were nice/quiet.

Calm quiet premise, spacious room, high ceilings, nice wardrobe equipped with a safe and mini-fridge, nice cafe directly connected.

The staff was amazingly helpful, being English speaking was a terrific bonus. The room was adorable with outside balconies. They personally greeted me when I arrived. Room was clean and pretty. I would stay here again!

El hotel es bonito, relativamente cerca del zócalo de puebla, pero la calle donde se encuentra está un poco solitaria, buena atención de parte del personal.

el pesonal fue muy amable en hotel estaba limpio, solo aspectos a mejorar serian los botes de basura muy pequeños y el olor a humedad en la habitacion.

The hotel has super comfortable, spacious rooms. We stayed on the second floor and beautiful high ceilings. It's very clean. The air conditioning and heat work just fine. Most of the staff, especially the ones who work during the day, are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has a small, good restaurant on the ground floor. There are no other facilities that I could find. The hotel is at the edge of the Centro Historico, and thus, pretty quiet and safe to walk around at night. There are some good restaurants nearby.
