Very good hospitality, facility, and location.

観光向きのホテルだけど、24時くらいに着いたら、店がほとんど閉まってた。

2019年2月にオープンしたばかりで部屋はとても綺麗。クーラーと寝具のおかげでかなり快適。夜は静かでよく眠れました。 5月5日通りまで徒歩3分と立地も◎。駐車場はホテルの2区画先にあります。皆さんとても親切でした。 ただひとつ残念なのが、シャワーの温度がやや低かった。日本人的にはもっと熱いお湯で浴槽に浸かりたかった。それ以外は全て満足です。 Este hotel abrió en febrero de 2019,por eso las habitationes eran limpias y me sentí muy comodas por el aire acondicionado y las camas. Estaba tranquila por la noche y dormi bien. La ubicacion era muy bien es que se tarda 3 minutos a pie hasta andador 5 de mayo. Hay un estacionamiento a 2 cuadras delante del hotel.Excellente servicio y muy amable. Lo único decepcionante fue que la temperatura de la ducha era un poco baja. Para nosotros,los japoneses, quería meterme en la bañera con más agua caliente. Todo me gustó excepto eso.

Debería hacer convenio con algún estacionamiento ya que es en en el centro, pero el lugar increíble y la ubicación ni se diga ,la atención de 100 ..

El lugar es precioso! Es muy chiquito Habitaciones perfectas y super silenciosas, el desayuno buenísimo y el staff muy amable Muy cerca del centro pero en una calle más tranquila, nos recomendaron el estacionamiento la moraleja, excelente opción aunque si aproximadamente 500 por día completo

Segunda vez que nos hospedamos aqui las habitaciones, la ubicacion, la decoracion, la amabilidad son excelentes. Les fallan algunos detalles para darles las cinco estrellas. En la primera ocasion no habia nadie para recibirnos y tardaron en abrirnos, la persona que nos atendio, muy amable, pero no parecia conocer los procesos de check in. La segunda vez nos enteramos por casualidad que el hotel esta separado en dos lugares diferentes. No paso nada porque el dueño nos recibio pero eso no queda claro en expedia. Y el ultimo dia el desayuno estaba en el otro lugar, llegamos a las 10:30 am y no nos sirvieron porque el limite esa las 10 am. No recuerdo que nos hayan indicado el horario, ni estaba escrito en algun lugar visible. Les deseamos suerte. Buen lugar y concepto pero al menos nosotros posiblemente ya no regresemos.

Hotel was very clean and charming. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Querétaro.

El hotel es muy bonito. Bien renovado. Sin ruido. Solo al llegar no habia nadie en recepcion y tardaron en el check in. El desyuno muy bueno. El personal muy amable

Definitely a hidden gem in the center of town! A boutique hotel with modern furnishings, beautiful shower and gorgeous patio to enjoy the make-to-order breakfast. The hospitality was superb. We’d stay here again without hesitation

The service staff was really good Ernestina.Unfortunately when we checked in I was given a room right by the busy Road.When shown the room ,I even commented is this going be noisy and was emphatically and categorically told no its acoustic and will have no or very little noise.Total lie as we could not sleep at all .The entire hotel except our two rooms booked were occupied, and we were still given a room that should have not been given to us as we had booked their best room available. Our friends wanted to upgrade and were told there were no other larger suites available.The next day we asked to be moved and were moved into another room and now were told it was the same category of room that I had paid more for than my friends.Lies or not being in a forage country I had no choice but to accept explanations given and keep quite.No credits or anything offered.Be careful if you are booked into Room 1.The manager not honest

Tres belle accueil de Edwardo et son employé...Tres belle endroit neuf, belle petite piscine, avec d excellent déjeuner. Chambre spacieuse et tres propre et a quelques pas du centro.......

Todo nos gustó! la única pequeña excepción es que nos asignaron la habitación que esta junto a la calle y esto evidentemente provoca escuchar los propios ruidos de la calle.

El lugar es muy lindo y las habitaciones cómodas

Very good value compared to other small hotels in Queretaro. Needed to coordinate arrival time as owner is stretched between two small properties. Excellent beds and quiet yet near center.

The hotel description is misleading - 2 separate hotels called Casa Once actually exist a few blocks apart. Only one has a pool. The one we were staying in did not have a pool. The hotel description on Expedia mixes photos and features of both and presents it as a single hotel which is totally incorrect
