スタッフは親切でした

リノベーションしたのかとても綺麗でした。スタッフも優しい。

ティファナの繁華街でシーザーサラダの発祥のレストランが併設されています。2階の客室でエレベーターはなく、広くはありませんが歴史があるホテルなので仕方ないかもしれません。フロント横のコーヒーは無料で持ち帰りできます。スタッフはフレンドリーでメキシコらしさが感じられるホテルでした。

Very nice room

Great location but staff and cleanliness were any issue. No customer service at all. They could care less about your stay. Bed had some hair on it and when i mentioned it to the front , they didnt care. Found trash on the floor. The hallway carpets look very dirty. Other than that, they have good prices and solid rooms.

Always stay at this hotel (3-4 times a year). Great lication and safe.

Es uno de esos hoteles que se miran muy bien en fotos pero ya que estas ahí párese una cárcel Todas las ventanas pintadas de blanco NO ELEVADOR!!!! No recomendable Para las personas discapacitadas o personas mayores

Parking arrangement was poor.

Everything was great, but don’t like paying 20% over Posted rates for using Cheap Tickets. See if you can fix that!

I reserved online through Hotels.com for a specific price in US dollars. When I arrived to check in, they said they could not bill me in dollars and it would have to be pesos. The problem is they use a made up exchange rate for pesos to dollars that is not accurate. This resulted in me paying more for the room than I should have.

Staff was unhelpful when given the problem that there was no parking for us when they told us there was no parking. They were also unwilling to help us locate anything for our vehicle.

Clean, and people were helpful.!!!11

Excellent Service

I enjoyed my stay at the Caesar’s. The staff are always very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very accommodating. The the only thing, I believe the hotel is under construction on one side of the hotel. The AC worked perfectly but just had a slight smell of humidity.
