ソカロ広場からすぐ近くにあるのである程度の観光名所までは徒歩で移動できました。部屋は窓がない部屋とある部屋があります。廊下で話している人の声が聞こえたりしたので敏感な方にはオススメ出来ませんが、スタッフの皆さんも優しく対応してくれたり何より場所がいいので部屋よりも立地優先の方にはいいかもしれません。

部屋は狭いですが、清潔で良かったです

前日と翌日、バスを乗り継ぎ為、１泊しました。寝るだけだった。

部屋の臭いが気になった。

どこへ行くにも便利、という印象。 特別なサービスは無いが滞在中は不便さや不快さは感じず、スタッフさんは程よい親近感があった。

Easy access to the Zocalo and walking distance to various metro entry points.  The staff was very helpful! My mom had to keep some medication cold and the front desk was able to assist. There was also a gentleman who help us find the World Cup games on TV when the restaurant next door didn't allow us to watch it there.  Overall, the excellent service and convenient location made for a great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was advertised and sold as including breakfast, but when I arrived, the staff completely refused to provide it unless I paid extra. Despite having already paid for breakfast as part of my booking, I was repeatedly asked for additional money. The staff were not helpful at all when I tried to resolve the breakfast issue. Instead of assisting me, they made me feel like I was begging for something that I had already paid for. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the hotel charges an extra $20 just to use the room safe, which is an essential amenity that should be included in the stay. I would not recommend this hotel due to its misleading practices and poor treatment of guests. Ps: you need to be able to speak spanish as no one at the reception speaks english.

Fue un excelente servicio, tanto del personal, como de las instalaciones. Es un espacio pequeño, pero con relación al costo y ubicación, totalmente funcionales. Perfecto para vacacionar en el centro de CDMX.
