Unprofessional and unwelcoming guy at the front desk. When I was asked for my identification and I provided my US passport, the person handling the check-in kept looking at it like I was giving him something wrong or fake and mentioned that I should have a permanent resident card which only showed his lack of knowledge and proper training. The room assigned to me was in the basement and did not have a window (which was not disclosed on Expedia when I was doing the booking), when I requested to be moved to a room with a window, I was offered a smaller standard room with no adjustment on the fare (original room was a Luxury Studio). No elevator in the property so not suitable for travelers with large suitcases.
