El personal no fue atento, el estacionamiento está horrible, no tiene luz y está a la vuelta del hotel, no nos ayudaron a bajar las maletas

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to the pyramid, the zocalo, the mercado, and much of the shopping areas. There are several interesting cathedrals nearby. The hotel itself is interesting. Some things are quirky, like all of the room keys look like they have been in service since colonial days, literally. They are keys that go into a large keyhole and the door locks internally to the door. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, if that is important to you. All of that said, there are some local traditions that might surprise you if you haven't had much experience traveling in Mexico. Local traditions include the setting off of fireworks to celebrate religious holidays, many times day and night. And there are a lot of religious celebrations. This makes it very interesting, having so many churches nearby. Have fun and enjoy the culture!

La habitación tenía buena vista, pero no nos hicieron la limpieza a la habitación, no nos proporcionaban ayuda para acceder al wifi y costaba trabajo entrar a la habitación con la llave. Estaría mejor que también aceptaran pagos con tarjeta.

Habitación 4/5 linda Limpieza de sábanas y toallas 4/5, toallas olían a cloro Limpieza de habitación 1/5, caminé descalzo dos minutos y mis calcetines blancos quedaron negros para tirarlos a la basura Reservación en Expedia 1/5, todas las fotos pintan que tiene balcón, pero nos dieron un cuarto con vista interior Reservación 1/5, reservé por Expedia y no me dejaban pagar con Expedia, también me obligaron a pagar el efectivo Personal 1/5 nos nos atendieron un par de jóvenes, atención muy sarcástica y nosotros estábamos tomando una siesta a las 5:00 de la tarde y los que atendían estaban con una bocina a todo volumen

Lo bueno: excelente ubicación, habitación muy amplia con gran vista y muy limpia, atención muy amable por parte del personal Lo malo: tardaron mucho en atendernos en recepción al llegar al hotel, no aceptaban pagos con tarjeta y muy ruidoso en la madrugada

Muy céntrico

La atención del personal es terrible, cuando llegamos al hotel, no había nadie en recepción ni en el hotel para dar atención, se tardaron aproximadamente 35 minutos en llegar. Las instalaciones las tienen descuidadas, no hay vigilancia ni están al pendiente de quien entra o sale del hotel. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, el costo es muy elevado para lo que ofrecen.
