This property is worth to stay while you are in CDMX. Our room (2nd Floor) has a kitchenette however just to get hot water we had to go to the common area (3rd Floor), it would have been nice to have a mini kettle in the room. Second evening somebody in the common area put the music very loudly so probably it would be better to revise the regulation to all customer. If you look for the place to stay in La Condesa this is one of good choice.

Stanza ampia con una buona posizione. Purtroppo la stanza era freddissima “riscaldata “ con una stufetta mobile che era chiaramente insufficiente. Basta mettere dei condizionatori per rendere la stanza vivibile!!!Anche la pulizia purtroppo era da migliorare, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

Beautiful house with unique artwork and family heirloom furniture. Staff was super helpful and professional. Perfect location for walking around forested areas, great dining options, and overall lively bars and coffee/tea shops.

This property is stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants just below with delicious food. The rooms are filled with natural light. We stayed in the red horse suite, incredible! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of drinking water in your room when you arrive and a few steps away in the kitchen, you’re able to refill the bottles yourself. In the same space there’s coffee and tea, cookies too. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Things to note: there are a lot of narrow stairs. This isn’t a problem for us because we are light travelers. The Wi-Fi can be spotty at times, our T-Mobile service worked perfectly without Wi-Fi. I don’t think anyone can be disappointed!

Omar was a wealth of information and was extremely helpful, going out of his way to make my stay perfect. The penthouse was roomy, with a well equipped kitchenette, clean and comfortable bedding but a small bathroom. I would definitely stay again.

We were really pleased with Casa Mannach, and would definitely consider staying with them again in the future. Our room was clean and spacious, and the location was terrific.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The whole place and area has the coolest and most relaxed vibe. Defiantly coming back!

Nice cool house they’ve converted to a series of rooms. The apts are a bit dated (to be expected) but very spacious. But, I don’t think any of these should be for more than 2 guests. Felt very safe. No reception really. Great location. Floors were a bit dusty but the bathroom lotions and all smelled amazing. Cool balconies in the rooms (I got a tour of all of them lol)

great place to stay- friendly staff, very helpful and respectful. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe place to stay in Mexico city with access to lots of restaurants and coffee shops you can walk to, this is the place to stay! Not to mention the beauty of this house and the neighborhood!

Ok so you're in the center of mexico city but if you are noise sensitive this is not for you.. There was single glazing with poor sound isolation. Another huge issue is mould. There is no extraction in the bathroom meaning i found black mold on the mirror in the bedroom.. not good. The building is great, characterful and the apartment ameneities are top notch. Another issue is I was told I could leave my bags under the stairs in the entrance hallway. It did not fill me with confidence seeing the door to the street being left open, so I don't reccomend this. Great comms via whatsapp so not bad.

I didnt love it. Staff was amazing I must say to give them credit. I was expecting more of a hotel type but i would say its more like an airbnb. Staff is not really available but you can chat them up via phone and they are responsive. We had a day where we had no hot water and the internet was tough to connect to and some days just wouldn't work. The area where they are located is stunning...resturants right outside property are delicious. Also was just disapointed in amenities no food, beverages, ice, pool etc. All things to keep in mind if you book here.
