オスト駅から徒歩20分近くかかりますがウェスト駅からだと13分くらいです。 駅近ではないですがお部屋はとても広く、おしゃれで清潔で、テラスから見える景色は最高でした！2泊しましたがもっと泊まりたかった！ ドライヤー、タオル類も完備されています。 オーブンなどの設備もあり、スーパーで買って来たピザを温めることもできていうことなし。 周りにも徒歩数分でレストランもたくさんあります。 ホテルのオーナーの方にはとても優しく迎えていただきました。宿泊前にわからないことをメールで尋ねても丁寧に返信をいただけます。 この宿で初めてデジタルキーで管理するシステムを知りました。少し不安がありましたが、慣れたら便利でした。 １つ問題点があるとすれば、清掃代が精算時に18000円ほどかかりますが、ホテルを予約した際にはその表示がありませんでした。予約時に明確にわかるとより良いと思います。 また絶対戻って来ます！

ヨーロッパにある普通の三つ星ホテルです。3泊しましたが、毎日20-24時の間でwifiの接続が悪くなり困りました。直ぐに改善して欲しいです。

ホテル部屋のベランダから、アルプの山々が、手前の山間谷を通して、目の前に見えることは大変な感動を与える。また、駅からホテルまで、歩いて25分程度掛かり、少し遠い感じもするが、田舎道を川沿いに歩きながら、雰囲気は非常に良い。

妻と２泊しました。川べりのある静かなホテルで、川や遠くに見えるアルプスの峰々と相まって、とても癒されました。部屋もバスルームも清潔で広さも必要十分な広さで不自由は感じませんでした。レセプションの女性も笑顔の応対で気持ち良かったです。 メインストリートまではホテルの前の橋を渡って５分ほどですが、インターラーケン西駅、東駅のいずれからも徒歩で１５分ほど掛かるので、トランクを持っての移動は少し疲れます。WiFiの接続は電波が弱いのか部屋ではつながりにくく、ロビーに行く必要がありました。 若干想定外（もうちょっと駅から近いと思ったいた）のこともありましたが、とてもよいホテルでした。

ユングフラウ周遊とツェルマットへの日帰り旅行で鉄道を頻回に利用したためこのホテルにしました。インターラーケンオスト駅までは徒歩20分くらいでしょうか。少し歩く感じがしますが、ホテル前の清らかな川の流れと遠くに見える素晴らしいユングフラウの山並みを見ていると苦にはなりません。とくに朝ホテルを出るときに見える遠くの山並みは絶景です。ホテルは部屋は大きくはありませんが清潔に保っていただき、朝食はパンが種類が多く大変おいしかったです。ホテル近くにはショップはありませんが、駅前には大型スーパーがありますので買い物はほとんどここで済ませることができました。

Ost駅から遠いかなと不安だったが、川を挟んだ立地条件は、部屋から見た景色を見て納得、満足妥協できる距離です。なんと言ってもユングフラウ山が部屋から正面に見える。 部屋のライトの位置が気になる人には武士区感じるみたいです。 日本のNHKのテレビが映ります。 絶対に川沿いユングフラウが見える部屋をとるしかないホテルです。 泊まるだけで良いという人は、West駅前のユースホステルにしなさい。 午後2時から5時の間はフリードリンクとケーキ、食べ放題です。

Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!

Awesome welcome by Alex who arranged for our rooms to be ready early as we arrived on an overnight flight and also gave us a tour of our suite. The 5 bedroom Flow suite was amazing, allowing our family of 9 to stay together with more than enough space including a giant living room. Amenities were perfect with a washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, common area with a self service drink/food system and ice water available 24/7 which was a hit with our family!! We highly recommend the HOP Suites for your visit to Interlaken!!

Clean, spacious apartment , great location, unbeatable views … It didn’t disappoint 👍. Sven was nice to help us checked in, and Alex gave us a little token ( potpourri) on our way out . Highly recommended if you want to stay in Interlaken. ( basically between OST and West ) . We went to Zermatt , Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen from here, Trains ( SBB App) are on time and very convenient to take you from one place to another .

LOVED this place. Just a few minutes from Interlaken, with a fantastic location next to the river. The room (studio) was perfect for our family of 3. Having a fully equipped kitchen was ultra convenient. Would come back any time we visit the area.

HOP is a modern and homey apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Interlaken. The Luxe apartment units have clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and includes a well-equipped living area and kitchen, as well as a balcony with views of the river. Access to our unit, the main door, elevator, and common areas are all done via mobile app/website, which in our experience was seamless and reliable. In addition, we found the common areas to be quiet and relaxing. The availability of on-site laundry was also a plus. Moreover, staff was responsive to our messages on Expedia and Whatsapp. For some travelers, accessibility may be an issue - particularly those carrying multiple heavy luggages as the building is roughly 7 minutes from the nearest bus station connected to Interlaken Ost. Nevertheless, alternative transportation is available, and our family did not have significant issues navigating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at HOP and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommend!

On my next visit, I will comeback to HOP. The hotel and the location were amazing. The rooms are clean, new and smell good. Please keep it that way!
