Very friendly staff !!!

Belloooo limpio staff muy amable al llegar te reciben con una fruta tipica de ellos, la comida y bebida muy presentable buena rica y rapida omggg, al entrar a la habitation un plot de otro mundo ricooooo todo es un arte desde ek primer piso hasta el cuarto piso el roof yacuzzi actividades el personal simple al pendiente al despedir me dieron un dulce tipico el de la cafeteria y me iba noche la hora de la salida era 11 am me Brindadon un espacio para mis cosas y pude seguir disfrutando de sus installations le doy -10 de 10 en todo

Loved it! Very beautiful and clean & the staff was amazing. I am a Spanish speaker but the staff knows English as well ! Very nice staff & they also have a cafe inside !

Great area, clean, calm place to stay in. The staff made me feel like home and really serviceminded all of them and big thanks to Monica that always had a smile and helpful! Mucho gracias for a sweet visit

This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card.

Great chill/open setting. Room with bathrooms were clean. Nice rooftop bar with some daily activities. Didn't get to use the pool but would have liked to.

Muy buena atención

I was so pleasantly surprised by everything here. Hostels usually get a bad reputation for being cheap and poor quality but I genuinely felt like I could spend an entire day in the hostel. It's super conveniently placed. Anyone coming to Cartagena MUST go to Getsemani and Los Patios is literally 1.5 minutes away from the most lively streets in Cartagena, with live salsa music and dancing, live jazz, plenty of restaurants and street vendors who are super sweet. The ambience of the pool at night was soothing and aesthetic. Everything was aesthetic honestly and the staff were incredibly attentive. I'd never stayed in a hostel before but after my experience here I might just prefer hostels over hotels!
