Beautiful new apartments with high quality finishes. Nice kitchen with all appliances needed for a family stay.

Alles gut durchdacht.

The apartments are beautiful, in a great location and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything at all, it really felt like home :) For those interested, they offer the possibility of renting a bike. I had to fill out the check-in again at the terminal, but otherwise everything was without a problem. We would definitely not hesitate to come again.

Amazing and very clean

Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends

Amazing stay! Suitable location near skiing options and Hallstatt and Bad ischl, amazing house, amazing living room with games and coffee and kids room, amazing room with kitchen and dishwasher and microwave and oven and kettle and balcony, Bicycle room, parking. Breakfast can be ordered with min 15 eur order. Carnival added to the charm in the town, modern and clean, information properly provided. Can’t complain about anything at all.. ah maybe be careful not to burn the pizza in the oven: the fire department gets called automatically. Happened with our next room!

Die Unterkunft ist soweit in Ordnung. Leider sind Badezimmer und WC nicht getrennt.

The hotel was new and very good. Everything was impecable!

We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from. Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone. Otherwise everything was great.

Accommodation is excellent! Only issue I have is the self clean policy to avoid additional charges on check out. Have not been able to find out what is expected of us as information on we forms, etc. doesn't tell us.

Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!

Nice and clean room.

The property is top notch apart from the lift which was not working when we checked out and the guy who was trying to fix the lift didn't even bother to tell us when it will be fixed when we asked him. Not that friendly to be honest. Apart from that everything was great.
