駅近で便利、静かで清潔、設備が整い、スタッフも親切なお勧めホテル。遺跡チケット事務所、バス停、レストラン、コンビニなど全てが近くにあります。

客室はシンプルですが、客室バスルームともに清潔でした。エレベーターはありましたが使えませんてした。 今回泊まった部屋が裏庭に面しているため、昼間でも暗かったのが少し残念でした。 スタッフの方もマチュピチュぬ行く旅行者に慣れていて、ホテルに置いていく荷物の案内などすすんでしてくれました。

静かな部屋でしたが、窓の外がすぐ隣の壁で閉鎖感がありました。全体的に清潔でしたが、とても暗い部屋で、スタッフも気付いていないのか、天井から長い埃が垂れ下がっていたのが気になりました。 朝4時半から朝食が食べられ、早くにマチュピチュ登山に出発する方によいですね。朝食メニューはシンプルでした。 親切なスタッフだったので、次回のマチュピチュもこちらを選ぶかも。

This is a small hotel in Aguas Calientes. We rented a room with three beds for two adults and four small kids. The kids fit just fine sharing beds. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, and it included fruit, breads, coffee, juices, milk, and eggs cooked to order. The staff was present 24/7 and very helpful. The tap water did not seem drinkable, but the staff provided unlimited access to a large drinking water bottle in the kitchen for free from which we refilled bottles and reservoirs. No complaints - it was just great!

Yes 5 stars, very friendly staff, willing to help. in our case they offer us to leave lauggage at the reception office, after the check out until we got the train.

Good location, very close to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they try very hard to help even if there’s a language barrier. Breakfast is of good quality and variety. Only complain I have is that the trains waiting idle in the station put their engine on. So in the morning around 9-10am, there’s a strong diesel smell.

Wow what an incredible hotel in Aguas Calientes. From the outside it’s quite unassuming, but inside, the room is spacious, modern and perfectly clean (basically spotless). So so clean! Simply incredible for the price. The gentlemen at the reception was so nice and helpful with everything I needed, and even carried my luggage up 5 floors.

Hotel bem localizado perto da estação de trem, instalações são simples, mas atende para dormir uma noite. O elevador ainda não está funcionando, tivemos que subir muitos lances de escadas com malas.

Excellent service

Very convenient location - 5 min walk from the train station and to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Staff were nice but it would have been helpful if breakfast had been explained better (i.e. telling us that hot food would be made to order rather than figuring it out on our own). The breakfast options were good, though. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the water in the shower was nice and hot without any wait.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The room got really hot during the night - there is no AC or fan. Also, the elevator isn’t working so we had to go up 5 flights. The staff did help carry the bags.
