Ed and the other hotel staff were incredibly helpful! We felt very welcome; we had a problem with our departure to Puno, and they helped us in the best way possible! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The only two things I would improve are the breakfast and the curtains in the rooms could block out the light better. But I would return and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in an authentic, very well-maintained, welcoming, and clean place; the breakfast even has a view of the volcanoes.

We were helped very friendly upon arrival. We arrived in Arequipa with the nightbus from Nasca so we went to the hotel hoping to be able to store our luggage until we could check in. The very friendly hotelmanager, Eddy, told us that our room was available already. This was really welcome, we could have a shower after our nightly ride and explore the city al freshened up. The hotel itself is really nice, beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace has a nice view on the snowcaps of mount Misti. There is no bar but you are allowed to take your own drinks to the rooftop. The breakfast is no buffet but was served to our table, eggs, fresh fruit, tea or coffee and the best fresh bread we had in Peru so far. In general very fair value for money, fairly quiet street, it's a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. We were able to leave our luggage for a night when we did a tour through the Colca Canyon and got all the time we needed to reorganise our luggage when we returned. One of the most beautiful hotels of our travels. The rooms are spacious, very indivually furnished. The staff speaks english very well and is extremly helpfull. The breakfast room is splendid with a great view of the two volcanos Misti and Chachani. Our undivided recommendation for this house!

Mon hôtel préféré au Pérou! Le confort est optimal, la terrasse sur le toit pour le petit déjeuner offre une vue à couper le soufflait le volcan Misti à droite et les montagnes enneigées sur la gauche. La localisation est exceptionnelle pour facilement accéder à pieds aux incontournables d’Arequipa. Les personnels est aux petits soins et m’ont fait sentir bien et apaisée. Pas de stress ici! Le lit et la literie étaient très confortables. Merci encore à toute l’équipe. Je recommande sans hésiter!

La struttura è davvero bella e ben tenuta. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta: la colazione sul terrazzo poi la vera chicca! Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti come in famiglia.
