エントランスの目の前がアルマス広場という立地は、クスコの街を散策する旅行者にとって何よりの利点です。 高所の為にいつもと比べて機動力が落ちがちですが、街の見どころや評判のレストランやバー、土産店などが近い為、その都度ホテルの部屋に休憩や荷物を置きに戻る事が出来ます。 部屋の設備は年季が入っているが、丁寧に手入れしてあり、机や床なども雰囲気があり心地よい。 シャワーの温度や水圧も十分です。 空調についてはオイルヒーターがあり、乾燥しがちな高所では助かります。 スタッフの方たちは、英語はスムーズでは無いがとても親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、また夜間は施錠されるものの深夜早朝もセキュリティスタッフが常駐するので遅くまで呑んで戻ったり早朝のツアー参加の場合も安心して滞在できます。

フロントの対応は良かったです。 室内はそれなりでしたが、シャワーのお湯が途中で出なくなり、苦労しました。 立地はアルマス広場前にあり、またInca Railのバス停までも徒歩圏内で非常に便利です。

アルマス広場に面しており、立地は最高です。アルマス広場周辺には多くのレストランや土産物店があり、ライトアップされた広場は夜でも安心して歩くことができました。 ホテルの部屋は狭く、設備も古いため快適性はやや低いですが、清潔に保たれています。アルマス広場に面した部屋が２つあり、スイート又はトリプルの広めの部屋ですが料金が割高になります。 マチュピチュへの起点として中1日空けて２泊しましたが、マチュピチュ旅行中は大きいスーツケースを無料で預かってくれました。 最終日は早朝に空港へ出発しなければなりませんでしたが、予めフロントにお願いしておいたら朝食開始(6:00am)前にもかかわらず朝食弁当を用意してくれ、モーニングコールやタクシーの手配も予定時刻通りにきちんと対応してくれ、スタッフのサービスがしっかりしていました。

二回目のクスコでした。前回はクスコで一番高い名物ホテルに宿泊したが、今回は立地を求めた。立地はこれ以上は望めないかと。朝ごはんは時間通り食べられないが、気持ち良いサービスがカバー。再び行くなら再度泊まるホテル。

I tried to contact the hotel that due to a train crash in Machu Picchu we were delayed by 24 hours and wouldn’t be able to check in until the next day. I left a text on Expedia and I called and left a voicemail because no one answered. Hopefully I have a room to stay in tomorrow.

Fantastic location, spotless room, great service, happy staff. Highly recommended.

Little boutique hotel right on the Arma De Plazas. It is within walking distance of several great restaurants like Morena or Bisonte.

GREAT place to stay, especially if it's your first time in Cusco! Great location in the middle of everything. I had a room overlooking the main plaza and it was amazing. The staff is friendly and great. Fine Print: I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're driving a car or have a rental car, because parking is difficult in the area and the hotel doesn't have a parking lot of its own that I know of. Fine Print: I also wouldn't recommend staying here if you're a light sleeper because the plaza can get noisy with events. I slept just fine but other people who I was with did not. To Be Improved: everything is fine really but the only thing I can think of is it maybe they need to put cups or glasses in the in the room so you can drink water or other beverages.

Convenient to railway & Machu Picchu bus.

Excelente hotel, ubicacion muy comoda y el personal muy amable. Sugiero que coloquen en la habitacion unos vasos de vidrio que le permitan al huesped poder tomar alguna bebida con mas comodidad.

The staff is amazing!!! Very kind and ready to help. They made our stay very enjoyable.

We stayed there 3 nights in June and loved the location. All the good restaurants and shops are all around the plaza. The lobby and the rooms and small but it doesn’t matter because it’s not where we hangout. Because the rooms are small, there is no refrigerator or microwave. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is not bad. Oh, the plaza was full of dancing activities every day from 9am to 11 pm during the month of June and we love it.
