Breakfast was excellent! Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff were not available when I needed extra soap, etc, and had to purchase my own. It was great for the price, but I will pay for a more comfortable bed any day.

We were called by reception at 6pm the day of check-in and told we had to be there within the next hour or so because they were closing reception. This was not clear in the booking info, so be aware they close early. The hotel itself is in a peaceful area, the breakfast was excellent, and the property is centrally located and you can easily walk to the central promenade, which is nice. However, the apartment we stayed in, despite looking new and nice on first glance, seemed to be missing basic amenities like a hair dryer and sufficient soap for the guests. In addition, the sofa bed wasn't made when we arrived and we had to do it ourselves - not the end of the world, but for the price we paid it was rather disappointing, considering this was done in every other place we stayed in Poland. We stayed in several spa town hotels in the area, and personally I wouldn't come back to this one. It's nice enough, but there are others in the area which I feel give more value for money and have more professional, accommodating staff.

Hotellet skulle ha "fullständigt Spaa" vilket var ett behandlingsrum mittemot receptionen, kafé fanns men var stängt, restaurang, bar/lounge och snackbar såg vi inte röken av. Rummet var stort och bra möblerat men sängen var smal med dåliga fjädrar och endast ett täcke till två personer. Städning och bäddning gjordes endast på begäran fick vi veta då vi klagade på eftermiddagen när städarna hade gått hem. Frukosten var dock bra !

Ideální vzhledem k svému umístění, klidná zóna, velmi blízko do centra. Ochotná služba na recepci. Snídaně na velmi dobré úrovni i když překvapila absence některých mléčných výrobků (jogurt). Jinak doporučuji.

Super lokalizacja, przemiła obsługa. Zadbane, klimatyczne wnętrza. Winda pomocna dla osób starszych i z małymi dziećmi. Polecam wszystkim.

The place is nice and just in front of a very nice park. People are nice, overall service is good. The rooms need upgrading - especially the beds, which make a lot of noise at every move. Not many amenities in the room either. Overall good but with a lot of potential to be much better.

Hotel Willa Zameczek is nestled in a remote vacation town in the mountains close to the ski slopes. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and inviting. Restaurants and markets are within a very short walking distance. The whole town is very walkable. We loved staying here.

Pokój skromny i czysty. Jak na pobyt we dwoje w sam raz. W budynku cicha atmosfera. Położenie idealne-pat3 kroków do Parku Zdrojowego. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Szkoda że nie ma pełnej ofert gastronomicznej. Z chęcią jeślibyśmy posiłki w hotelu. Ale ogólnie wrażenie bardzo dobre. Polecam wszystkim którzy potrzebują spokoju.

Nice hotel, locAted in a beautiful park. But the room does not match the rest as a whole. No hairdryer, no shutters or blinds, no bedside tables, quilt too arrow for 2 people. Not a 3 star hotel room.

Wyjazd na weekend z rodziną. Fajne miejsce w dogodnej lokalizacji. Przynazna obsługa. z minusów problem z wifi. Brak centrum fitnes co było w ofercie :)

Dobra lokalizacja w parku zdrojowym obok głównych atrakcji. Komfortowe pokoje, winda oraz bardzo bogate i smaczne śniadania jak w hotelach znacznie wyższej kategorii. Duży parking.
