Very clean, professional, helpful staff. Pleasant dining room. Comfortable beds. Rooms not soundproof. Boys in soccer event were running in halls and slamming room doors until quiet time which was 22:00 hours. Not the fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. Very close to Zalipie, the "painted village," which is why we stayed there.

A beautiful hotel located in small , very safe town. Rooms are very clean and hotel staff are very friendly. Very quiet. Although we were told that it might get loud as there was a communion’s season the time of our stay, we weren't really bothered. Food was delicious. Buffet loads of choices. All staff very helpful, caring. Big thanks to two lovely womens from reception for making tea for me at 3 o clock in the morning. All staff are lovely . I’m sure I will come back again ..

Prostredie bolo super. V tesnej blízkosti hotela bazén a športoviská. Hotelová reštaurácia k dispozícii, dokonca aj mimo prevádzkových hodín. Veľká ochota. Raňajky v reštaurácii boli dokonalé. Ani malý psík nebol pre hotel problémom. Škoda len ubytovaných 11 ročných futbalistov na vedľajších izbách, ktorí robili neskutočný neporiadok a hluk až do noci.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all staff not professional and impolite. Cleanest of the room below standards I wouldn’t expect 4 star hotel to be in this state. Breakfast served cold and bread dried. The worst ever 4 star hotel I’ve been and I’ve been all around the world

Hadde 3 overnattinger og rommet ble ikke ryddet eller seng ble redd. Frokosten er helt ok. Rommet var ellers fint. Koselig sted, ikke verdens navle.

Bardzo mila obsluga zawsze usmiechnieta, czysto, wygodne lozka, dobre jedzenie I co najbardziej nam sie podoba to fakt ze akceptuja zwierzeta w hotelu. Czyli nasz pupilek tez byl bardzo dobrze przyjety.

Warunki pobytu komfortowe (nie działała jedynie karta do drzwi, którą trzeba było zastąpić zwykłym kluczem - musiałem go potem przekazywać obsłudze, by posprzątała pokój). Niesłychanie skomplikowany system otrzymywania biletu na basen; procedurę trzeba było powtarzać każdorazowo za każdym wejściem.Trzeba przy tym było zabierać swój ręcznik z pokoju hotelowego, a na sam basen udawać się boso. Bardzo życzliwy i uczynny personel. Stosunek jakości do kosztów pobytu - bardzo dobry. Ogólne wrażenie po dwunoclegowym pobycie - bardzo pozytywne.

Przemiła obsługa,pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane,blisko centrum.Cisza,spokój można wypocząć. W restauracji hotelowej jedzenie bardzo dobre,ceny nie zbyt wysokie .

Bardzo miła obługa,śniadania w cenie noclegu bardzo urozmajcone i smaczne,czysto i przyjemnie.Hotel blisko centrum,przy hotelu basen,sprzęt fitnes i miejsce do zabawy dla dzieci. Bardzo jestem zadowolona z pobytu i polecam hotel Cristal Park.

Not a lot to see in the locale but pleasant enough area. Close to supermarket and leisure centre.

Nice hotel in a small town. Supermarket nearby and a few coffee shops and bars in the town which is a short stroll away. Ate in the hotel restaurant most nights and the food was good, and cheap. Breakfast was fairly basic and the coffee machine did not work after the first morning. Staff were nice, wifi fast, large bedrooms, good shower. Only complaint is that the sun entered the room at 5am as the curtains were not thick enough.

Clean room always. Fresh food and lots of varieties. Friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet and family friendly.
