The hotel was truly amazing but I cannot give it 5 stars. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body the very first night. I stayed 2 nights with my husband and daughter. My husband is always hot so he slept over the covers, hence why he did not get bit. My daughter had her own bed. I must say the issue was rectified immediately; they changed the mattress the same day and they were very apologetic about the unfortunate event highlighting this was not usual at all. Aside from that, the hotel is truly beautiful. It is very modern and within walking distance to all attractions. From the moment we arrived, we were received with the utmost customer service. They assisted us with our bags, showed us to our room, welcomed us with a bottle of champagne, met us at the reception with more champagne, and took their time to sit with us to give us restaurant recommendations. They even made dinner reservations for us, making it really easy for us to simply show up for dinner. Their Customer Service was above reproach. The breakfast was also amazing providing a variety of foods both hot and cold. I absolutely loved their espresso machine!!! The hotel is close to everything so it is super easy to walk to all major attractions. The area is safe even late in the evening.

Convenient to train and museums. Area around was extremely noisy at night.

Jättebra service av personalen och läget var toppen. Hotellet var helt ok, men rummet luktade lite konstigt. Badrummet hade en hemsk belysning. Det fanns inga morgonrockar. Hade för höga förväntningar på hotellet, då kundbetygen var så höga.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. However, the hotel management was terrible to deal with. I traveled with my two sisters so we booked a triple room. On the penultimate night of our stay, the air conditioning stopped working so we didn’t get any sleep. Florence was 30 degrees+. That morning, we were told it would be fixed by the end of day. It wasn’t fixed and the air conditioning stopped working on the entire second floor. They could offer us a fan or a move to a double room, so we moved to the double room, which made us late to dinner. A hotel attendant kindly added a third twin bed but that jammed the room and partially blocked the door. At checkout, they gave us a 100 euro credit as a “gesture of goodwill” but barely covers the cost difference between a triple and double room, never mind the inconvenience and poor night’s sleep. Management was rude when I reached out about the air conditioning and our stay, and the staff clearly didn’t have any idea what was happening in the hotel.

Nice boutique Hotel and the breakfast was very convenient and had a little bit of everything.

El hotel está súper bien ubicado y te puedes mover muy fácilmente hacia los puntos de interés, también es conveniente porque está cerca de la estación Firenze S.M.N. El chico rubio, delgado, alto que apoya con las maletas y está trabajando durante las mañanas súper atento y siempre con muy buena actitud, al igual que el chico del restaurante que también es súper atento y servicial. Solo considerar que por la zona puede que durante las noches el ruido sea algo excesivo.

Good hotel very well located

Excellent small hotel close to Florence’s historic center. If you use the hotel’s valet parking be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the hotel staff to bring the car back.

Great hotel , wonderful experience

Staff were very friendly and all spoke good English! Helpful when asked about the area and transport. The hotesl is just a few minutes from the main centre of Florence so all the main attractions are within walkoing distance.
