上品でリラックスできるインテリア、清潔な客室のホテルでした。予約した時、15㎡は狭いかと心配しました。しかしスーツケースを広げられましたし、快適でした。 レセプションスタッフはどのスタッフも暖かみのある方々でした。2泊延泊するにあたり、エクスペディアから予約をしたかったです。しかし、宿泊している部屋と同じタイプの部屋の金額は出ているのに、上位グレードの部屋しか表示されていなかったため、エクスペディアからの予約は叶いませんでした。 レセプションスタッフに相談したところ、親切に同部屋を提案してくれました。 朝ごはんもとても美味しく、１日の始まりとして良かったです。 部屋の清掃も毎日行き届いており、街歩きの後ゆっくり休めました。 上階の足跡、金曜日と土曜日の夜の喧騒が若干気になりましたが、トータルとして非常に良い滞在が叶いました。 初めてのイタリア、初めてのフィレンツェが良い思い出になったこと、感謝します。

Solid buffet breakfast for a small, boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff; daily cleaning done quickly and thoroughly. Modern, comfortable room with spacious bathroom and shower. Great water pressure.

Jenny at front desk was the BEST! So helpful. Although most of the staff were helpful, she was exceptional. Fabulous room - Jr. Suite. Breakfast was really plentiful and delicious.

Nearby downtown and train station which makes it very convenient the front road is under construction so it’s all messy

Room was large and clean. It had a view of the Duomo. It's conveniently located within walking distance of all the sites and the train station. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty but limited seating.

A fabulous few days staying at the Flom hotel in Florence. Staff were so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We were in the Depandance which was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the Duomo! With easy walking distance of all that Florence has to offer. We would thoroughly recommend.

A modern and convenient hotel located next to the Central Market. The city center is within an easy walk and the area is packed with great restaurants and cafes. The hotel has an excellent valet parking which is rare in the busy downtown Florence. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help and accommodate. The breakfast was also excellent.

Barata enorme no quarto Recepção não ajuda sequer as malas Garagem com manobrista confusa e difícil Hotel novo, com boas instalações, porém quarto minúsculo, por menos tem mais na região.

Nice location, great service

This property is very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. One thing to note is that our room was equipped with a portable air conditioning system. It worked well, but would start with a rattle.

Very clean and nice room. Special mention to amazing room services team and two gentleman that work in the breakfast area. Everything about this property is just simply great. Had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights and hope to return next time we are in Florence.
