101号室に宿泊したのですが、一晩中小バエが飛び回り、50匹以上を駆除しました。翌日、隣室に移動してもらったのですが、数は大幅に減ったものの、そちらでも小バエが出続けました。 フロントのスタッフの方々の対応は非常に良かったです。

上品でリラックスできるインテリア、清潔な客室のホテルでした。予約した時、15㎡は狭いかと心配しました。しかしスーツケースを広げられましたし、快適でした。 レセプションスタッフはどのスタッフも暖かみのある方々でした。2泊延泊するにあたり、エクスペディアから予約をしたかったです。しかし、宿泊している部屋と同じタイプの部屋の金額は出ているのに、上位グレードの部屋しか表示されていなかったため、エクスペディアからの予約は叶いませんでした。 レセプションスタッフに相談したところ、親切に同部屋を提案してくれました。 朝ごはんもとても美味しく、１日の始まりとして良かったです。 部屋の清掃も毎日行き届いており、街歩きの後ゆっくり休めました。 上階の足跡、金曜日と土曜日の夜の喧騒が若干気になりましたが、トータルとして非常に良い滞在が叶いました。 初めてのイタリア、初めてのフィレンツェが良い思い出になったこと、感謝します。

The staff were extremely helpful. The property was clean beautiful and in a wonderful location. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean and modern. The staff was excellent and helpful and accommodating. There is a lot of walking in Florence. I thought the hotel was a little closer to the central area, but it wasn't a bad walk. My only complaint, which is not the hotel's fault at all, is that the road on which the hotel was located was all torn up and blocked off for construction or something. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had to walk to one end of the street, cross, and walk to the other end of the same street. More of an inconvenience but a bit of a pain with luggage. It was also an eye sore. But again, not really the hotel's fault, just a would-have-been-nice-to-know. The housekeeping was hard to work with. I

Although the staff was very accommodating, the room was spacious, and a great location to everything, I wouldn’t stay again only because there’s construction in front of the hotel, which made it inconvenient getting around it. Also, the two nights I stayed I did not sleep because I could hear everything in the hallway and when someone closed and opened their door.

Front desk was amazing. The entire team had a positive attitude and a smile on their face whether we were coming back from a long day or a simple greeting in the morning. Location was great as it was close enough to the train station, Mercato Centrale, and the top tourist areas. Florence isn’t as big as Rome and much is within walking distance. Hotel feels pretty new. Loved their breakfast variety and quality. They even offered to give me a take away box if I was planning to do an early morning excursion! That’s awesome.

We got a spacious new room on the third floor, and 1 modern/renovated bathroom, The room had a special acess requiring a physical key. AC worked well except for minor glitches with AC remote, but it cooled very well. They even provided 2 floor fans with our request. Good location, and customer service. Many good Italian and Indian food places and shopping very close. Walkable to many tourist places. Overall worth for the money paid, but wish we had 2 bathrooms (as we have 2 kids). Included buffet breakfast was very good. Customer service was great.

We were in an annex room with 2 large beds perfect for our family of four. Great service, highly recommended.

Maybe bring your own toiletries as they don’t have conditioner there. The rest is great. Room is clean, bedding and towels are soft and comfy. Location is convenient.

Great location, walking distance from city center and the main train station. With tram T2 easy to get to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Personel is kind, especially at breakfast.

We never saw anyone working at the front desk the entire stay. Seemed a bit strange.

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The rooms are exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel!

Location was excellent! The hotel was within walking distance of all the major activities and attractions we had planned, which made exploring Florence very convenient. Room was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The spread was impressive, with freshly baked bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, fruit, and plenty of other options. Everything was fresh and well presented. It was a great way to start each day. There were a few minor issues though. One housekeeper seemed frustrated when we returned to the room around noon while she was beginning to clean. We asked if she could come back in about 15 minutes, and she didn't seem pleased with the request, especially when we were still in the room when she returned. Additionally, although the room was cleaned regularly, I don't think our bed sheets were changed during our 4-night stay. Then there was the issue with the shower drain, which backed up. We were told the water pressure was stronger than the drain could handle, but it was still inconvenient and I think shouldn't happen. The staff did offer to change rooms in the event the problem still persisted. Nevertheless, most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The reception team and bellhop were fantastic, and the front office staff provided great restaurant recommendations that helped make our trip even more enjoyable.

Vackert hotell på bra läge med nära till innerstaden. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Toppen med service att parkera bilen (50 EUR per 24h).

If I could I'd rate this hotel more than 5 stars, I would. Very gracious and helpful staff, nice size room and bathroom. Fabulous shower
