総合評価とレビュー Hotel Villa San Francisco

2回目の宿泊になります。今回宿泊した部屋は５人でもゆったり過ごせる2階建ての部屋で快適でした。中庭も綺麗に整備されていて，朝起きて窓から見える緑がとても気持ちよかったです。朝食も美味しくいただきました。

大きな息子と娘の4人家族、そして犬を一匹連れての初めての旅行でした。 ペット可で選んだこのホテル、泊まった部屋は本当に素晴らしかった！ 一階がリビング&キッチン、二階はバスルームと寝室。ベットはking とQueen の二つ！4人と一匹で十分広々寝れました！一階のリビングには大きなソファーが二つもあり、そこにも2〜3人は寝れそうでした。お部屋の外は小さいけど素敵なお庭でした。 お部屋によって広さは違うと思いますが、6人可の部屋にして良かったです！絶対また泊まりたい！ペット連れの方にオススメしたい！

トリプルﾙｰﾑで予約しましたが、ベッドはセミダブルサイズ程度、部屋も狭く、少し窮屈でした。 朝食はまぁまぁ。ｽﾀｯﾌは丁寧でした。

The Hotel Villa San Francisco was delightfully charming with gracious and accommodating staff. The front patio, entry, and courtyard are well maintained and welcoming. I actually liked the Hotel -- however the one complaint I had, was the Safari room, which we stayed. It was a fairly basic layout that served our needs. However, 1. The bathroom was in need of major repairs. The bath tub was "soft", suggesting rot directly under the tub. It was also stained and poorly kept. The shower curtain was about 3 years past usable, and absolutely should be replaced (burned). 2. The Queen Bed (main room) needs a new mattress. It is partially collapsed/tilting towards the floor on one side. I did see into another room being made up, and it was clear the Safari room, may be the outlier. All-in-all, I enjoyed the Hotel.

Everyone was very attentive as we arrived. Very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again while visiting Chapala.

Lake Chapala is a wonderful place to experience real Mexican culture. The food was delicious and the shopping was reasonably priced. The hotel had a good breakfast. The rooms were clean and the service was friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage for $80. We will definitely return.

There was not hot water in the room. The hot tub was ice cold. The church rang there bells incessantly.

I liked everything.especially the people at the front desk and the Hollywood room. I will be back.

This hotel is on the one of the main streets in Chapala and directly across from the lake. It is charming and an older building with a large veranda on the front. It is here that one has breakfast and it overlooks the front garden and the road. The room was spacious and I had a king size bed. It was comfortable and I like a firm bed. Someone had been smoking in the washroom as there was a faint odor that I could detect every time I entered. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was as stated and omelets or eggs, pancakes etc. with coffee, juice and fruit. There is a small pool out back set in a spacious and well appointed garden area. There is also a small bar out back. I recommend this place but do not expect a Hilton or a Marriott. It is a quaint, nice hotel in a small town.

Good location. Mosquitos were a major problem. Inconsistent hot water in the shower, no hair conditioner, very cheap shampoo.

Great location across the street from the lake/outdoor shopping. No on-site parking, street parking only. My only complaint is that the room & bathroom could be cleaned better.

El sitio está muy agradable, con decoración musical contemporánea. Limpio, con buen servicio y de ubicación muy céntrica, apropiado para el que va a conocer a Chapala.

El hotel es muy lindo y muy limpio. La atencion de los empleados es impecable. Camas muy comodas, desayuno muy completo.

Excellent place to stay in Chapala. Walking distance to everything. Excellent service with fabulous staff!

Wonderful feeling, interesting artwork, unique rooms and best location in Chapala. Staff was great. Good breakfast included.
