Very clean

There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every morning for 3 days. They ran out of chicken after the first day and no effort was made towards restocking. Pool was was too cold without heating. Only good thing was the infrastructure and appliances. No refills of water, soap etc throughout our 3 day stay

The hotel and its staff were very inviting. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was just the right distance from downtown. My only disappointments were the constantly wet floor after each shower and that our room had no view of the city.

Excellent rooms great customer service

I stayed here for two weeks. The location is close to the downtown area and very accessible by taxis and bikes alike. It is quite secure sitting right in front of the parliament building. The rooftop pool is a nice touch with gorgeous views over the city. The gym is quite adequate and the in-hotel restaurant had great variety as well as courteous staff. I was impressed with the fact that my room had a dishwasher, a full fridge, a full oven, and a washing machine. I’ve never had these at a hotel before and the rooms were well cleaned every day by staff. The hotel is quiet which is good for resting, and the reception staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Kevin Kirezi at the front desk helped me order food, helped me secure transportation, and relocated my room when he detected an unpleasant odor. I’m impressed with his assertiveness, responsiveness and attentiveness to the guests at the property. Professionalism and customer service like this is worth commendation and reward/ promotion. While the rest of the staff were very accommodating and helpful, Kevin stood out. The hotel is best suited for business travelers, couples and single travelers. Given the lack of carpeting, sound echoes easily and it would not be ideal for families with babies and young children. Still, the property is kept in great condition and the needing of room keys to access floors in the elevator helps to enhance security. Several groceries and restaurants are nearby and all in all, a great hotel!

Attractive clean well-furnished shared accommodation. Happy to have a washing machine. Meals were good but slow. Some items in need of repair.

Staff amazing Restaurant at the property amazing Rooms need some maintenance, nothing major just some touching up, i.e. a little lizard got in when no doors are open so must be some openings that need fixing. All in all its well worth the cost and i would stay there again as everything is 10-15 away even the current airport as they build a new international airport as thos country is on the rise rapidly

The hotel and the room was very clean! The people at the front desk was really nice to us. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and the servers were exceptional. The only issue I had was we didnt have a shower curtain or small bath towels. It took the 3 days to give me a shower curtain. I just brought small wash towels. There are no air conditioners but it was so comfortable in the rooms that we didn't need it. We had a fan and that was fine for us. Overall we were happy with the hotel experience and will stay there again
