Disorganized and unprofessional staff who made the actual employees who appear to do their work, look just as bad as they are.

There are no TV no hair dryer no air conditioning I wasn't clean the room things were falling apart no Wi-Fi to flush your toilet it was broken

Almost couldn't book no fridge or working shower

Plumbing not working, things in the room were broken . Room did not match the pictures. Pool was out of service and looked like it might be caving in. Front desk was great but could not provide a wifi password. I think this place needs work before anyone can stay here and I was frustrated that the room looked nothing like the pictures especially the bathroom

Bed bugs

Everything about this place was terrible. Need to be closed down. Didn’t even go in pulled in the parking lot and said a lot about it

Shower curtain what disgusting i had no heat for two days one other tenant had heater to borrow i left on the 11th still have gotten my deposit back yet i was scheduled until the 14th. Refuse give my money back otherwise it was ok

It was very good and budget friendly stay.

the room wasn’t ready plus the mattress was so bad and had a dip into it. and someone threw up on the carpet the stain was so deep inside the carpet and stunk. plus all the Toiletries are disgusting

All of the above. Plus I had to leave my credit card info with them for my security refund and I haven’t seen it yet. Expedia should support people who have to deal with these types of places.

Full of bed bugs, no proper heat and worst place.

Everything wasn’t working, no tv, lights and not cleaned after previous guest. Has to move to 3 different rooms and now still waiting for refund for the cancelled second day

Staff was awful.my room had no Heat and it was freezing. I had a tv tv but no reception.immediatly I went to complain she said she would send someone nobody came.it was so cold I went back to see her.Besides that the room was a mess so I demanded my money back. I had booked for 3 nights...no way was I staying there. Makes me wonder why they even own a motel??

The room was not clean at all. The front desk provided us with another 3 rooms for option. Unfortunately, none of them was clean. Not acceptable. But, the staff is understandable. A young woman agreed to refund 100% immediately. We left for another hotel.

It was the worst place I ever been to. So bad. And nobody around if aomething like the toilet was not working. I never jn my life had such a bad experience. I recommand no one to ever go there. Wven price wise not that cheap.

Everything I didn't like not clean a dump

The property is absolutely DIRTY. As per regulations we were not checked-in, did not full out a Registration card. There were no glasses in the Room 202. to drink some water or take medication. No hangers to hang clothes. Tv not working, cable tv cable was disconnected. AC unit dirty. on arrival put AC unit on to test it, left it running , on return to room after midnight the Ac control was disconnected, unable to turn it on. Bathroom ceiling tiles have a 6 inch hole and is dirty. Toilet paper dispenser is broken. Shower walls dirty(stained), shower curtain dirty. We returned to the motel after midnight, and there was no lights "ON" above the steps, had to use a flashlight to get upstairs. We paid for 2 nights but checked out early in the morning losing payment for one night. I told the clerk I will be reporting this matter to the City of Niagara Falls. Very unfair for International guests checking in online, the photos are misleading. To support my report I took many pictures. NEVER AGAIN.
