ホテルのオーナーはすべてのことに目を配っていたことがとても印象的でした。 部屋も朝食も素晴らしく、また行きたくなるホテルです。 レストランやケーキ屋さんも１階にあり、お味もよかったです。

Perfect hotel in town. Easy parking in the back of the hotel. Very friendly, clean beautiful rooms. Very good breakfast included with our rooms. Waking distance to everything in town. One of my favorite places to visit as i grew up spending my summers near that area as a child. Will always return as long as i can. Beautiful area for hiking as well.

Amazing hotel and very helpful staff.

This was the perfect hotel to stay in, as it was right in the heart of Appenzell and made everything accessible by foot. Bonus points for the parking lot for our rental car.

Great location. Staff was not super friendly. Restaurant service was poor except for one person. No safe in room.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. There is no air-conditioning and the weather was hot, so the room was uncomfortable. The second day we asked forva fan, and they brought us a small one that was partially broken, butbit did help. The location was fine, on a main square, close to the restaurants, but a 8-10 minute walk to the teain station, our primary transportation. They had a wonderful breakfast available, and the restaurant was quite good for dinner as well.

This hotel was in a great location. It was a combination of traditional decor but the bathroom was modernized and it was all very clean. Breakfast was great and everyone was very nice.

Inserito in un bellissimo contesto, offre uno scorcio tipico dell’ospitalità Svizzera. Ottimo cibo, camera impeccabile, servizio eccellente. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Been to Switzerland years ago and not too many little towns left. Cute area. The room was small (it is an old place). The traditionally swiss hotel. The bathroom was done over. Clean. Was just there 1 night, so was ok. Beds were hard and pillows flat. Had nice room though overlooking the front. Was quiet. Grounds are cute. You can eat outside in front or around the side. Restaurant downstairs was good. People were nice that worked there. We were off season, so not too many people in town. Not much to see. Few shops around. Walked everywhere. Good hiking. Everything closes early like most places in Switzerland.

Cute hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast with Housemade pastries, cooked to order eggs and bacon and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Hotel é uma graça. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Boas roupas de cama, cafe da manha bem gostoso (não tem tantas opçoes mas tudo de ótima qualidade e sufieicnte para uma ótima refereiçao). Tem estacionamento o q ajuda muito e as pessoas sào muito amáveis e prontas pra te atender. Meu unico senao foi pra internet que era bem lenta..

Within walking distance to train station and centrally located to walk and enjoy Appenzell. Breakfast was included which was enjoyable.

Hôtel familial très bien rénové, accueil sympathique, serviable, excellent petit déjeuner-buffet, les boissons servies à table, belle salle à manger, notre chambre donnait sur la place de la landsgemeinde (également parking) mais cependant très calme la nuit, situation excellente: au centre de la magnifique, petite et calme "capitale" Appenzell, à 5 min. de la gare. C'est aussi une confiserie et restaurant. Tout était parfait.

Perfect in every way! The most friendliest staff and our dinner was amazing. Felt right at home and for me…that is key!
