二日滞在しました。街の外れの高台にある静かなホテルです。少し歩けば店もありますが、帰りはちょっときついです。我々が滞在中は、お年寄りが多く、皆さん静かに、気ままに過ごされていました。とても落ち着けるホテルです。部屋は清潔ですが狭かったです。スタッフは皆さん感じ良く、気持ち良く対応してくださいました。朝食はとても美味しいです。種類も多くスクランブルエッグ作っていただきました！南米に来て初めての卵でした！

It was the worst experience we had. The place was old, lack of maintenance, peeling paint, falling molding and dirty. The white curtain already turned into grey color. The bathroom light fixture has multiple dead flies inside. The shower has an used soap from previous people. The ad with hot top was a small container of muddy water. Hotel.com should remove this property from the website.

The hotel was once top notch probably in the 1980's but now it's completely outdated. The carpets were soiled, the bathroom tiles were old and cracked and not very clean. The room is very basic with old outdated furniture. The floors squeaked when you walked on them and you could hear everyone upstairs. There was no coffee maker. At least the shower was hot. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. I just wouldn't return because the hotel is too old.

Chambre tout à fait correcte.Personnel serviable. Nous avons pu laisser nos gros bagages lorsque nous sommes allés à l'île Chiloé. Le parking a été bien apprécié.

Nice service and very helpful staff. Maria is very helpful in helping me get around and also helpful in reserving my tour of Chiloe.

Friendly and helpful hosts. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast - by far the best breakfast I had in any hotel in Argentinia and Chile so far. Not all of the rooms are so nice as shown on the photos, but they are ok. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking distance to the sea. Quiet area. I would stay there again.

my room was very small,no microwave or fridge or coffee pot. but they do have a small continental breakfast

Very nice place to stay. Staff speaks some English and are very willing to help. Walking distance to main town area and stores.
