The common area is pretty hot usually and is open aired with windows and a door only the dorms are AC cool. The property is a good central point for things. If you’re in and out a lot this will be a good stay for you. They offer early bag drop off so that was convenient!

Good place to stay for the money in San Juan Puerto Rico

Beds are enclosed, you have a curtain, your own light and your own plugin's for charging your cellphone, but not much of a locker. 24 hours front door staff I believe?

Is nice but the others customers used the blankets from other persons bed and put back the dirty one and also the personal never give you the tower when she is supposed to have it available for you a little disappointed

Everything about this hotel experience was great. My first time staying at a hostel and the front desk comforted me and was very attentive! Thank you to the front desk Julian for giving me an awesome experience. He recommended me places to go and eat. Also made a few friends during my night here. I will always remember this stay. Thank you again!

facility was clean gentlemen who ckecked in was great girl in evening not ,a bit dated , no hot water in shower was cold , only 2 showers had to wait for 3 people ahead of me other shower room was occupied whole time

The people is was staying in were rude but apart form that my experience was great!!!!

I paid for my room and never stayed one night there. The agent who was a guy at front desk was very rude. He told me I couldn’t stay there because I had my 12 yr old daughter and my reservation was for an adult. I asked if I could pay for an additional room or bed and her said “Miss I don’t want to keep having this conversation with you. I stayed on the side of the road with my daughter until I got another hotel reservation done. We then wheeled our suitcases to the next hotel and I must say that place had a way better customer service and hospitality.. I faced racism and discrimination from your establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone whos a mother. They have no discretion or empathy. I asked to speak with management and the was told that can’t be done. I am waiting for a refund because I neve received a key for my room or spent a night there. Worse experience ever!!! If you’re a black woman do not go here!! There are better places in the area to spend your money.

Love this place!!

Overall was nice at a great price. The only downside was the water for the shower never got really hot no matter what time it was. I never turned on the cold water.

We arrived to our hotel @ 1:30 am to a supposed to be reserved room when we arrived they told us they overbooked so we had to find another place

Everything good. My second time at a hostel and it was great! I was feeling pretty worried about it but it was much better than I thought. The staff was so kind and friendly. The installation was so nice too. I recommend it

The place seems okay at first glance, but just wait until you meet the dookie bin! The toilet paper is instructed not to be flushed, and there is a wide open nasty a** bin for you to throw your used toilet paper - if you're okay with that then you should have no problems staying here, or anywhere for that matter

I loved my stay here, it was well decorated, the rooms were clean and airconditioned, the staff were the best!

This was the cutest spot ever! The pool was great too! Ricardo, Julian & Tom were the absolute best! Thanks you guys for everything!
