Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på centrum, butikker, restauranter og attraktioner. Selvom vi tjekkede ind online, modtog vi ingen information om, hvordan vi skulle komme ind. Vi blev udenfor i timevis. Kommunikationsmåden er forfærdelig. Morgenmadsarrangementet på hotellet ved siden af er af dårlig kvalitet og kvantitet.

Location good. But, communicating with office didn’t work, had to call and wait to get instructions to enter property no hot water for 2 days. Curtains are not wide. Cant sleep. Exhaust fan dirty. Messy entrance. Worst is BQA uses a chat bot to respond and didn’t fix anything or try to compensate for issues. Not sufficient utensils to cook. Shower stall is very tight to get into.

Great place to stay with location and amenities. The only issues I found were the bed was stiff and springy and the trash can was quite small, other than that you can’t beat the location for this price it’s truly amazing and the host is so communicative, he did an amazing job

Nice clean apartment with enough space with kitchen, I personally did not cook here so I did not check their utensils. No reception, you communicate through WhatsApp only or regular calls which cost money. This is a test of patience apartment. To get to the room, you have to download an app. It will take a lot of time to check in as the app doesn't work properly. App always malfunction. I got a lot of problems just opening the door, when you just want to enter your room at late night and go to sleep and your door doesn't open and have to wait for the receptionist to reply through WhatsApp to send you a code again and again, and still the door doesn't open. No one will come to help, although they said they have another apartments with reception nearby, no one will come to help you open your door. Cold room especially in the night, with thin blanket. There were 2 heaters and a thermostat but none are working. Informed the receptionist through WhatsApp before 11am, lied to me in the afternoon that they fixed it, only to find out at 8:25pm that nothing was done. (I have screenshots of the conversation) Offered me a different room at around 10pm and the same problem, heating system not working. Compensation was done through Expedia. Wasted a lot of time calling, writing and complaining. So if you want all this stress, go ahead and book this apartment.
