清潔でつかいやすい。ジムでちょっこと運動もできた、カラカラに近くて便利

Hier wordt er ook verwacht dat je online inchecken en we hadden geluk de automaten hadden een update nodig en we werden geholpen door een heel vriendelijke receptioniste die het ongemakkelijke kon wegwerken. Het hotel is heel dichtbij de oude binnenstad en ligt in een stuk bos.

The staff were excellent and the hotel fab. The car park although a bit tight was very well lit and secure.

Rent och fint, centralt beläget

When we checked in the staff was friendly. The room was small, but it was clean, and it had everything we needed. The air conditioning did not work very well. When I searched for hotels, I placed parking as a criteria, but there was no parking available at the hotel upon our arrival.

Super Lage, ruhig und nah zum Zentrum. tolle Matratzen! …für Menschen mit „Rücken“! Sehr freundliches Personal! Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert, bei dem schönen Wetter haben wir uns in die Sonne gesetzt 😎

Tolle Lage, direkt an der Therme. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer sehr klein aber sauber und komfortabel! Leider finden wir 25€/Nacht für die Tiefgarage sehr teuer die man als Hotelgast zahlen soll. Man Zahl schließlich auch für die Übernachtung schon Geld. Da würden auch 10/€ Nacht reichen

A top hotel in all ways, very friendly and helpful staff.

Zimmer war sauber, Bett super bequem. Das Zimmer war aber ein bisschen klein. Wenig Möglichkeiten Kleidung zu verstauen. Auch im Bad wenig Ablageflächen. Frühstücksbuffet tolle Auswahl. Lage super.

Calme, face aux thermes, neuf et moderne. Literie très confortable, thé café eau en chambre.

Very nice hard enough beds

Le parking pourtant inclus dans le tarif ne sera accessible qu'à 17 voitures sur les +200 chambres de l'hôtel. Bien évidemment aucune compensation des frais de parking en ville n’est proposé. Le personnel est rustre et non aidant, à l'exception de quelques personnes qui relèvent vraiment le niveau. Pour les groupes ou pour les personnes ayant réservé et payé les chambres avec vue, les spécificités validées en amont ne sont pas respectées. Préférez un autre hôtel de cette jolie ville.

Staff were friendly, room was spotless, great location. They also provide you with robes and towels to use for the Spa behind the hotel free of charge (just leave a deposit but you get that back once you return them)

Priced well. Excellent position near baths. Book a room with view or you may be stuck in basement. Soundproofing is good but the bathroom doors slam shut behind you, so often hear/feel a hard “thunk” from neighboring rooms. It is a hotel aimed at young, trendy crowd and has a dimly lit romantic vibe. I think it would be a strange place for someone not seeking this. Lastly, the two staff members who greeted me were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and generally felt like it was a holiday. But the older gentlemen working in the evenings seemed totally overwhelmed, almost like he was new, untrained and left on his own. I waited 15 minutes to buy a bottle of beer as he struggled with another guest’s simple order (couldn’t find the liquor, needed to hand wash glasses, couldn’t figure out the price). I felt badly for him. But it also felt like he really needed to be supported by a co-worker or better training. For price and location, it’s worth it. I would stay again.
