部屋の雰囲気、設備、居心地素晴らしい。 スタッフも気さくで、親しみさを感じた。 サウナはとても良かった。 朝食、夕食共に美味しく頂いた。

コンフォートダブルルームマウンテンビューというお部屋に5泊しました。 とても暑い時期に宿泊したのですが、お部屋内は涼しくとても快適でした。バルコニーから見える山々もとても美しかったです。 チェックインの際フロントの方はとても丁寧に説明してくださり、また質問にも丁寧に答えてくださいました。 予約した部屋は写真では浴槽が付いていましたが、私たちの部屋にはついていませんでした。 （部屋の詳細の欄には「浴槽またはシャワー」となっていたので予約の際に浴槽付きの部屋にしてくださいと連絡しておりましたが、それは叶わなかったようです。） また、夕食付きのプランにしましたが、夕食も毎日とても美味しかったです。 他のお客様は小さなお子様連れやご高齢のご夫婦もいらっしゃいましたので、幅広い年代の方に選ばれているようでした。私達もまた違う季節や歳を重ねてから訪れてみたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。1階でテラスもあり、開放感が大きくのんびりできました。毎日ボトル水があったり、ミニバーが利用できたのも良かったです。最後の日はホテルレストランを利用させて頂きましたが、こちらもとても美味でした。又宿泊したいです。

接客、客室の広さや清潔度、プールなどの設備、無料afternoon teaの設定、朝食の質、ホテル内レストラン、駅やスキー場へのバス停への近さ、どれをとっても大変良好でした。外観からは想像できないかもしれませんが、とても良いホテルです。また、滞在したいです。

ロケーション、スタッフの対応、サービス品質　いずれも最高でした！　この時期　雪に覆われた３０００ｍ級の山に囲まれた　高原リゾートホテルですね。　ツークシュピッツェ山への登山鉄道駅へ５分、２泊しましたので　山頂へ混雑を避け行けました。　ガルビッシュの古い町並みへも１０分で行けます。天気が良かったのもあり　ドイツで最高の山岳リゾートを味わいました。

姪の希望で訪れました。思っていたよりもリゾート地で素敵な街でした。１日ですが、春スキーも楽しみました。ホテルは、評価と期待どおりで、素敵なホテルでした。３人だったことも有り、ジュニアスイートにしました。ミニキッチンも有り、小さいながら鍋も食器も揃っていたので、近くのスーパーで食材を買い物して夕食は作りました。旅の中間で疲れていたけれど慣れた味に満足しました。スーパーには、キッコーマンの醤油もありました。 今度は冬のスキーの時期に行きたいと思っています。

ガルミシュ駅や市内中心部にも歩いて行けるほど近いので便利なホテルです。ホテルの人も気軽に話せるので、快適でした。部屋も広く大変清潔でしたし、コーヒーサーバーが部屋にあり、いつでも引き立てコーヒーが飲めました。また、大変大きなクローゼットがあり、素敵でした。また、朝食も種類が多く、おいしかったです。会計時にチョコレート2個をもらいました。

Hotel Zugspitze was one of the highlights of our Bavarian vacation. Parking was convenient. We temporarily parked beside the hotel to unload our luggage before moving our vehicle to the hotel’s private guest parking area. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff graciously stored our luggage while we explored the nearby Partnach Gorge. When we returned later that afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our luggage had already been delivered to our room. To make our stay even more memorable, the hotel upgraded us to Room 103, which featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the majestic Zugspitze. The room was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and smelled fresh. It included many thoughtful amenities that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We chose the half-board package, which was an excellent value. Afternoon snacks, dinner, and breakfast all offered generous selections of fresh, delicious food. We also enjoyed the hotel’s large, spotless jacuzzi and wellness facilities after a day of sightseeing. Another detail we appreciated was that guests were free to choose where they wanted to sit during meals, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen and provides easy access to the surrounding attractions. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We highly recommdnd this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful staff! Great restaurant for dinner on-site. The view from our room on floor 3 was wonderful.

Vi kom til hotellet rundt midnatt og dro etter en veldig tidlig frokost. Hyggelige ansatte, stort luftig rom med nødvendige fasiliteter. God frokost, mye å velge blant.

What an incredible signed! If you're in this area I highly recommend this hotel period from the moment we walked in the door the staff was always looking to our our best interest. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely outstanding. Best regards to the chef as he prepared a fantastic meal for myself and my friend I'll be sure to stay here on my next visit to the area. Thank you so very much to the hotel and the staff.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Half board food nicely presented but limited choice especially for kids. Pool area great and nice view from balcony. Car park is expensive. Would recommend

We had a wonderful, but short stay. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was SO helpful with anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Bike rental was easy and efficient and the parking garage was super convenient. We would stay there again!
