日本語テレビ放送はありませんがランドリーは助かりました。

ハイデルベルグに車で15分の良いロケーションで、家族3名期待に胸を弾ませていました。ですが、当日午後７時にホテルに到着したのに、勝手に予約をキャンセルし他の方に部屋を割当てていました。キャンセルのホテル側の言い分は、予約時に指定したクレジットカードが使えず、連絡先にある電話番号に連絡を試みたがつながらないし、午後６時半まで待っても来ない、というものでした。結局、古めのグレードが落ちる民宿のようなホテルを先の予約時より高額で、それも現金のみで紹介されました。クレジットカードは旅行中に使用している有効なものです。連絡先にしても旅行先でつながる電話番号を指定して予約していることは、少なくともウィッキペディアでは必須では無いとの認識です。予約時の条項として６時半迄のチェックインも有りませんでした。jcbカードで間違って予約を受理したなら、予約した人が来る迄待つべきです。

A fantastic hotel, room was really comfortable and spacious and so clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Free parking on site which was a bonus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasty. Only a short drive into Heidelberg so location great too! Totally recommend the hotel as a place to stay 😊😊😊

Det er 3.gang vi bor på dette hotel. Vi har valgt det pga beliggenhed, hotellets fantastisk morgenbuffet, supervenæig og imødekommende personale.

Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel! Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Ein Edeka ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und direkt vor dem Hotel stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Besonders praktisch ist auch das Restaurant direkt nebenan. Mein persönliches Highlight: Das Hotel kooperiert mit einem Fitnessstudio in unmittelbarer Nähe – ideal für alle, die auch unterwegs nicht auf ihr Training verzichten möchten.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car to move around although a tram station is not too far from it. The property is well kept and the employees there are very friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of space and amenities. The bed was a little hard for our liking, but that's just us. The only thing they can really improve upon is the Wi-fi as it is basically worthless (at least where my room was at). All considered, I would stay again here if I ever came back to this area.

The hotels in the centre of Leimen are not very nice so chose Engelhorn even though you need a car because it’s in a more industrial type location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, so is the bathroom. Staff very friendly, free parking on site. Would return if I had to stay in Leimen (instead of directly in Heidelberg)

Mooi hotel, ruime kamer met heerlijk bed. En een super werkende Airco (heerlijk.) Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreidt. Naast gelegen restaurant ook dikke prima.

The rooms were clean and good sized. The shower was very small and the parking lot was small.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend, die Zimmer sind sauber und in Ordnung, großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe

Staff was very friendly, and room was spacious and had great AC and a small balcony to sit at and enjoy the fresh air in the evening. Breakfast was a you would expect in Germany: cold cuts, some bacon and scrambled eggs, cereals and choice of 6 yogurts. It's a bit outside the city of Heidelberg, but if a fridge and AC and modern convenience for a great price is important to you, this is the place!

Hotel Engelhorn i Leimen var en kjempestor positiv overraskelse - et familiehotell i ekte tysk ånd, noe som betyr at alt er på stell og man blir tatt glimrende vare på. Nyoppusset og fresht (ikke alle etasjer ferdige ennå). Velutstyrte rom, blant annet noe så uvanlig lag som en velfylt minibar. Stor flatskjerm-`TV, delikat bad. Samarbeidsrestaurant i samme bygg, også den var bra. Kort sagt: Frister til nye besøk senere!
