I expected a 4 star hotel but within several areas the hotel does not meet the requirements - 24 hours reception, lounge etc. the smallest tv I have seen in a hotel until now. The location is very central. The reception is (interim?) placed in the center of a cafe in a small office. Most of the time only one person attends the reception and closes the door to the office and you feel displaced waiting to check in or to ask a question staying outside the office. The room was average, the TV remote had not been cleaned for a while and the aircondition had to be either on or off not possible to adjust. We could hear people moving the furniture around in an adjacent room, so a bit noisy. When we asked a maid to help us fix the aircondition she tried to help us but had to ask a coworker (a team lead?) The coworker scolded and yelled at the maid with us standing next to them and afterwards she also scolded us for trying to adjust the temperature. If this person was employed by me she would find herself out of work the same day. We told this to the reception who seemed to take it very serious. Advice to the hotel - if you dont want guests to mess with the aircon then turn it on when getting the room ready for new guests.
