Mr Simon was very hospitable and welcoming , and the staff in general were very helpful and friendly as well as being hospitable . Great rooftop view also !

It is a tranquil and friendly place to stay, and the views are amazing because it is located on Lake Victoria beaches.

Customer service was excellent. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and courteously. Breakfast was nice and brought to our room on time. The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely.
