La hostería esta un poco alejada de todo, sin carro hay que llamar un taxi para todo. Hay pocas opciones de transporte. El.personal es sumamente amable y servicial. La arquitectura del lugar es agradable pero las habitaciones son un poco viejas, son espaciosas.

Beautiful landscape and the owner helped me hire an amazing driver to show me the sites.

The hotel is located leas than 5 minutes from Baños. Looks like a castle when you first enter it’s gates, with a beautiful garden to your right. They have a ton in the game room and the rooms are spacious. Missed out on breakfast, although it is included… we overslept. Check in was easy and quick, just know there will be a small service charge for using card. Overall very nice stay.

This place is spectacular! Our stay was very pleasant. The hostess at the front desk (the Venezuelan guy, I'm really sorry I forgot his name) was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was outstanding and delicious. I would have love to stay here more time. Definitely I will go back and highly recommend it. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This hotel is even better than on photographs. One of the most memorable hotels of all our travels. Lots of attention to detail, made with love. It is under active volcano that we could see from our balcony. Clean property, helpful friendly staff. Great location on the way to swings, flight of the condor, luna volcano spa, bellavista viewpoint. Only $2 taxi to get to city center. Highly recommended!
