It was good, the only problem was that there was no heating. So the front desk provided us with an small portable heating unit which help a little,

My stay was great. But I was surprised when I booked 2 rooms, I had to pay for an extra person. I assumed since I booked 2 rooms, the 4 members of my family and baby can stay comfortably in the rooms. But, being forced to pay for 1 member of my family was a surprise. Can you clarify why that was?

El hotel como siempre lindo y acogedor, la habitación y las áreas comunes limpias. El desayuno variado, generoso y rico! El personal que atiende amable. La recomendación sería revisar el estado de los colchones, tengo aproximadamente 4 años visitando el hotel y siempre 10/10 esta vez no fue así, sin embargo si se duerme bien y bueno como fuimos feriado se les así el detalle de darnos vista a los jardines como especificaba mi reserva! Solo esos detalles… recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Nice hotel for big families

Las suites son súper espaciosas. El desayuno estuvo muy malo. Buen lugar para dormir la noche pero no escojan con desayuno.

Great peaceful place to enjoy Cuenca.

Clean hotel, with a sufficient breakfast. Our room was quite large with a little kitchenette and sitting area. Unfortunately the kitchens are not stock with any utensils, kitchen ware, or a coffee pot. Location was good, a short walk to the historic centre with great restaurants. For the price a good hotel to stay for a few nights

The rooms are spacious and clean, the employees are very polite and friendly, the restaurant for the buffet breakfast is next to the Tomebamba river.

It is so amazing. First so kindness staff. They are so kind. They helped me for calling a taxi. And they checked my inconvenience and resolved it kindly. Second, the great veiw. You can enjoy so beautiful river view. Thrid, clean and good style hotel and room. A bed, a toilet, etc everything is clean. And hotel has modern style shape.
